Road made the balcony unpleasant with view of shopping centre and business premises

Hotel room very large with lots of wardrobe space , fridge and tea and coffee facilities , toiletries supplied with robe and slippers. Breakfast was fresh and varied. Excellent location we didn’t use public transport and walked to the old town and along the coast path to beaches.

We booked a room with a sofa-bed for our kids. The sofa-bed was not made up when we arrived, so we had to to it ourselves.

Great breakfast. Staff friendly. Hotel room and area was clean and comfortable. Room was very spacious, clean and nice. Shower was great and bed was comfortable.

All the rooms face the back and overlook a block of flats. Not a problem for us but might not be to everyone's taste.

Lovely large room with A.C., and large well appointed bathroom. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Good location with bus stop just outside made using public transport very easy. Good restaurant!

Coffee in the room was instant, but not the end of the world. Espresso at breakfast made up for it.

Hotel Porto turned out to be in a great location for us. We bought a 3-day Dubrovnik Card from the front desk for 45€/each which allowed entry to the walls, fort, several museums, etc. Also gave us 3 days of bus rides and the bus stops were very close to the hotel. We were upgraded to a suite which was very roomy. The breakfast buffet and service were excellent!

Thought the breakfast was OK but not great.

The bus stop was right outside the hotel which made travelling around by bus very convenient. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was large and comfortable.

This hotel is really nice, located at the very heart of Gruž port. Breakfast is really great, but also lunches and dinners at very affordable prices.

We needed milk for our tea in the morning but the bar were more than happy to give us some and we kept it in the fridge in our room. We took a plug adaptor but I'm certain they would have had them on reception if we'd needed one!

Excellent breakfast. Very accommodating staff, extremely helpful on reception with information and booking taxi etc. Room was great, spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel was 20 min (uphill!) walk from the Old Town and 2 mins from the Marina (from where we met our boat for an island hopping day!) The one time we caught the bus to the Old Town, we caught it virtually outside our hotel. Almost perfect!

They told me that there was a parking slot for me, it was in an alley next to the hotel in front of the garbage cans and they charged me 10 euros per day.

Big room, nice bed and great huge bathroom Nice location, considering that parking is very expensive close to old town, you can take the bus next from the hotel and reach the old town in 5 minutes

It would have been nice to have powdered milk sachets available in the room for tea drinkers.Also not sure about the design of bathroom window in room 210 as regards privacy…

Good room, separate bedroom, very clean and fresh. Staff were helpful, friendly and available. Location was good for bus station and old town. Relatively quiet, lovely balcony, good breakfast and good menu for dinner as wished. Kitchen staff accommodating as regards menu, reception staff with useful information.

The location was a bit far from the city (35 min walk) but we wanted somewhere with a designated indoor parking garage

This place was great! The rooms were super spacious and comfortable. The breakfasts had a really good variety of options. The best part of all - designated indoor parking garage. Would book again
