its dated and the parking is a bit of a nightmare. We were leaving early on our check out day to reach a ferry and sensibly moved the car close to the gate - this was good otherwise we would not have been able to get out of the car park. Unfortunately there probably isn't much the team can do about this.

The hotel was exactly as described on booking.com, I knew it would be a little dated, but chose it due to the lovely quiet location and the waterspouts opportunities. We intended to dive, but couldn't as my son had an ear infection, but we were able to hire paddleboards and jet ski and the snorkeling was awesome. We had a family suite, with 2 bedrooms and a small living area with fridge, our room overlooked the sea, with a small balcony and it was 1 flight of stairs to the beachfront and bar. Breakfast was OK, but the food in the grill restaurant was better. The restaurant is always open for breaks from the beach for drinks or food, and the ice cream was lovely. There is a 24Hr reception and the team is friendly and helpful.

Overloaded parking lot. There wasn't enough place for the cars of all the guests. Someone scratched my car while parking or driving out. It took me 15 minutes to drive out of my parking place because there were cars parked in 1,5 meters in front of the the other cars

The hotel has only one restaurant (even the people who work there are amazing). The nearest groceries store is 2.5km away. There should be more sunshades on the beach. Also, take care when reserving a room. Even though I specifically required a balcony with a full sea view, they initially gave us an apartment with a partial view, which was not as on the images they provided. After complaints and after two days they gave us what we had booked. And the worst thing about our experience was parking! Please remove those parallel parking slots! I had to ask the receptionist to call a guest to move his car to exit the parking. So be aware, especially if you have long car.

Breakfast was excellent; the staff who worked in the hotel restaurant were lovely and kind. The location was perfect, very close to the beach. The beach is fantastic too, basically, a private hotel beach where you can rent boats/diving equipment and other things for entertainment,

Parking was limited and very tight. I parked outside on the street on most nights, when the hotel was full and parking limited. Parking is very difficult on all areas outside of the hotel on this part of the island. Having a smaller vehicle is definitely a plus on Korcula island.

Breakfasts were included. However if I knew how they look I think I would give up. I'm not fussy or anything like this, but the breakfasts were simply horrible. Food wasn't fresh, fried eggs and sausages looked like they were part of a car crash, everything was greasy. The very cherry on top of this cake was the view of a staff member who was ... smoking in the kitchen. This meal actually stopped us from going to the restaurant for the dinner. Another thing was an road there - DO NOT TRUST GOOGLE MAPS if you are going from Korcula city - go a little bit further and use the proper path. Last thing, maybe nothing significant - wi fi was requiring to relogin after some time. Just annoying thing.

One of the things which really stood out is the location, which is amazing! Only 2 steps away from the beach, the water is super clear, great for snorkelling. Staff is super kind, daily breakfast is good. In case you don't want to take the car / taxi to go to one of the restaurants in the area, there is a nice restaurant at the accommodation as well. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation!

Parking was sometimes too crowded. Room was advertised (and paid) as a room with a sea view, and that would be OK if we didn't have a building in front of us blocking the view :) Having a hairdryer in the bathroom would be a nice touch.

For two/three star resort it's a pretty good place. Apartment was clean and spacious enough. Towels are changed every 3 days and bedsheets every 7. Within the complex there is a small shop where you can buy essentials. Position of the complex is great, although the beach is a bit small and during our stay it was quite windy, while there were other beaches where it was more pleasant. Prizba is a good starting point if you want to explore places nearby. Divers will definitely love it since there is a diving club right next to the beach and it offers various diving tours two times per day (depending on the wind/weather). Korcula is very beautiful island with stunning nature and would definitely come again to visit it.

Didn’t realize that the beach pictures on Booking site were of the public beach in front of the property. Was so crowded that, after paying for two lounge chairs we had locals laying on the beach within INCHES of our lounge chairs. Restaurant was closed for the season ( we left 25 Aug) so used bar area. Food mediocre at best. Some waterfront units have no view of water at all

There is no aircondition in the rooms, although you can see it in property descriptions after booking. They are using loophole, because they have aircondition in the common rooms, so they can screw people over like us.

Unprofessional and misleading informations. I wanted the sea view, specifically. Found this facillity, they have in their booking page - GARDEN view and SEA view (i provided images). I picked SEA view, when i came there, i had things to see. In pictures is my sea view. Explanation from the accomodation is that i didnt read the description of the whole room (for which i need to press "See more". They didnt cooparate, they said they dont know what booking is doing and that i didnt read the "Description". Its kinda stupid that u already have "Garden" and "Sea" view, but u cannot put "NO view" or something. And when u find the room, u have "Sea view", second step, u pick the room, u have "Sea view" on images, and in description of facility "Sea view". So this is clearly bad business thing with hope that nobody will complain.
