The rooms need housekeeping, shower head holder was broken, carpets are dirty, fittings are old, table was broken. No fridge, no Coffee and no water.

None of the rooms has a fridge, a balcony or space to dry out the beach towels and swimming suits, no options for waste recycling. Toilet tank leaking and reported. It wasn't fixed during our 9 day stay. Aren't we living in climate change, resource and water scarcity?

The air conditioning was very poor, we had it turned on as high as it would go but all we got was a lot of noise and no cold air. Didn’t sleep one night

There were two big flaws with the hotel; parking was a 10-15 minute walk away on the site of a sister hotel. Usually fine, but we stayed during a heatwave when it meant we had to be strategic what time we chose to move the car to go exploring! The other major problem was that the air con didn’t work properly in our room; with the heatwave it made it almost unbearable. I have never been so horribly hot overnight as the nights in Rab. We reported the broken air con to reception each day but it was never fixed. So my advice is that it’s a nice hotel, but avoid in peak season when summer is at its hottest.

The hotel is a typical three star hotel on the waterfront in the old town of Rab. Its a great location for exploring, the beds are comfy, and the swimming pool was fantastic for my hot and bothered small children. We paid to include dinner in the price which was well worth it; the buffet at both breakfast and dinner was excellent value for money and the children loved the range and we were impressed with the quality of the food.

Sink in my room had a leak so was constantly dripping, and the soap dispenser didn’t work.

Bed was really big and comfy, and the bath was a bonus I wasn’t expecting! Pool area and gym were nice enough. Breakfast wasn’t anything special but still a few different options in hot and cold food.

durring the dinner there are no drinks and you have to buy it...this would'tbe a problem but we asked just for a glass of tap water to the waitress and she didn't even explain why we could nit have tap water..and went away ignoring us for the rest of the dinner

The wifi is very bad or nonexistent on the fourth floor, the air-conditioning didn't work, but they did send a serviceman to fix it when we complained twice. There is no place to dry your wet salty towels and swimsuits. We missed the fridge, which is normally expected in hotel rooms and the TV only had two channels. We did however got a discount at the end because of all the issues we had throughout the week. Overall the hotel is on average level and definitely not worth the price we paid!

The location of the hotel is definitely the biggest plus. We loved the view of the marina from the window and the proximity to all the restaurants, coffee, shops, and ice cream. Breakfast is good for normal people without any allergies, if you have any allergies or if you are vegetarian/vegan you don't have many options.

AC was not cool enough fir the size of the room.

This newly renovated hotel is right on the waterfront. You cannot ask for a better location. The views are breath taking. The hotel is within walking distance of good restaurants, local shops and a wonderful beach. On arrival, you are greeted by very friendly and knowledgeable reception staff who expertly expedited our check-in. Our room was great and comfortable. The view of the harbor and surrounding mountains was beautiful. Though on the front of the hotel our room was very quiet. The bed and pillows were really high-quality. The bathroom was newly renovated which is always a plus. The AC worked but not to US standards. Maintenance staff were very attentive and did their best to somewhat remedy the issue. Breakfast is fresh and plentiful and be sure to ask for an expresso if you like your morning coffee to be strong. The pool area is nice and secluded with plenty of lounging chairs. There is a restaurant on site next door where we had lunch one day during our stay. The pizzas were delicious and thin crust, the tortellini dish with prosciutto and sage was very tasty as was the semi Freddy ice cream dessert. A really nice hotel on a gorgeous island! I’d come back to stay again.

It was terrible. They said its air conditioned but its not working. The pool view is loud as f. The elevators are joke. Its expensive. The parking is the biggest joke. Dont go there with car
