The only thing would be to have the pool heated as water was too cold however we did go at beginning of May. Otherwise there isn’t anything.

Location is absolutely perfect. A few minutes to the harbour so everything close by. We were met by Maria at the property who couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. All our needs catered for and on hand for any queries we might have had.

Villa Schwarz is fantastic. Centrally located within Cavtat old town, 2 mins from bakery, supermarket and all restaurants. Right up from the promenade. First class. Marija was just wonderful as we're all staff we encountered. Michaela & team are just fabulous and respond to any contact super fast. Apartment was excellent, spotlessly clean, spacious. They even provided beach towels...rare in Croatia outside of hotels. Can not fault this place.

Having to come home ☹️.

The property was in a perfect location, very close to the town centre but very quiet. We especially enjoyed using the swimming pool - the pool area was exceptionally clean and tidy. Our room was modern and spacious and had all of the amenities that we could want. Having the use of a washing machine and tumble dryer was a real bonus. Our host Maria was very friendly and welcoming and couldn’t have done more to make our stay so enjoyable.

Super clean. Fabulous location and fantastic idea to share any leftovers with/from previous guests. Thoughtful and considerate way to avoid waste and really helpful when trying to travel light. Maria couldn't have done any more.

The accommodation was in an amazing location, the pool area was fab! Very modern apartment and Maria was super helpful and friendly, a brilliant host :) Would definitely recommend and would stay here again if I come back!

I felt welcome and cared for during my stay. Marija was great in every respect. Common areas were kept spotless. Cavtat is a great place for a relaxing holiday and so was Villa Schwarz. I'll be back! :-)

Perfect location with views over old town from balcony. Quiet car free location with boat trips to Dubrovnik old town.

Dubrovnik and Cavtat can be a little pricey, so watch your budget

Absolutely great holiday, the Schwartz suites are new and location wise are perfect for any guest staying in Cavtat. It's central location make it great for easy access to restaurants, beachs, shops and just around the corner from the regular bus service to Dubrovnik. Maria couldn't have been more helpful to us, she was brilliant. Certainly recommend it for anyone travelling there

Lovely small apartment block, close to the beach, fantastic restaurants and beautiful location. The staff were excellent, very quick to respond to questions and needs and very polite and friendly. Would highly recommend staying here.

Very clean, perfect location, great small pool perfect for kids, very welcoming and helpful staff. Great place to stay to explore Cavtat, Dubrovnik and surrounding areas and the come back and chill by the pool. Kitchen had a fridge, hot plate, microwave and kettle, toasty machine

Check-in arrangements were not clear. The hot water tank was confusing, got dangerously hot at times and ran out very quickly.

Lovely pool area. Helpful staff. Excellent location, centrally located in Cavtat up the steps from the harbour. We would love to return and highly recommend.

Maybe some extra loungers in peak season and expensive enough for a one bedroom appartment.

Perfect Location. Practically middle of town and resturants/bars/beach. Nice pool to cool off in. Nice blinds to block out the light. Clean, modern and lovely shower/bathroom. Mariya is very engaging and helpful if needed.

A bit chintzy not to provide soap and shampoo.

This property is located right between the Harbor and beach sides of Cavtat. It is 1 minute from a ferry boat to take you to Dubrovnik, 10 minutes from the Dubrovnik airport and minutes from a very wide selection of restaurants and grocery store. The pool is big enough to swim in and the whole area is nice with shaded patio area and shaded pool areas. The staff were nice and helpful. The hotel is also a short walk from many different beaches (both sand and rock) which are really great.
