Bathrooms are private but are not inside the hut. There is no AC and no screens in the windows. There is a restaurant nearby but no options for breakfast if you dont bring your own food.

Wooden huts are cute. The location is incredible, the river is just there and you can swim, rent kayaks or just relax. Really quiet at night.

We happened to stay during a heat wave which made it a little difficult to fall asleep. From reading the reviews I was aware there are no fans, so we brought our own which made things a bit easier. Though on our second night we decided to sleep downstairs as it was a bit too hot upstairs and it was much better. The nearby bridge makes a lot of noise but luckily no cars use it late at night.

The location is amazing as the river is right in front of the cabins. There's multiple beautiful areas to swim; we particularly liked walking to a nearby area with beautiful waterfalls where we could swim with our dog. We really enjoyed exploring with a kayak as well. The host is very friendly and welcoming and we had a wonderful weekend getaway.

A small bridge nearby is made out of steel, so it can be a bit loud if cars are passing during the night. Luckily its not a traffic heavy area, but if you’re looking for total silence, beware of the bridge :)

The hut is very sweet and nicely decorated, the location is amazing, right next to the river and a small waterfall nearby. Even though the hut is small, it has everything you need, and the host made special care of us as well. I really liked that the bed area (attic) is high enough to stand in (and I’m tall!), which surprised me. We were here out of season, and despite heavy wind it was warm enough inside, sleeping was very cozy and warm. There is a large table outside of each hut which allows a lot of extra room if it’s warm enough outside, which I can see being an amazing asset during the summer. All in all, we’d happily return to this place again, it was beautiful.

Everything was perfect!!! We were warmly welcomed. The owners are incredibly friendly and caring. The stone house was an absolute dream: very clean, well equipped with everything you need (only an espresso maker we have bought in addition and left there ;-) ) The pool area is built with a lot of love, the pool is very large and is only available to the guests of the stone house and the guests of the mobile home. The house is located very quietly a little apart directly on the river, the landscape and the whole environment is an absolute dream. We have enjoyed our time here very much.

It was very hot when we stayed and their is no aircon or fan, sleep with the windows and shutter open to let in the breeze. Noise bridge nearby when cars go over it.

Excellent location right on the river. Clean bathroom (separate to the chalet, but very close). Great hospitality from the owners. Location on the river is fantastic, able to just jump in for a swim or sit by the river and enjoy.

First and above all the location - it's stunning. Right on the bank of the river Zrmanja. You can spend whole week exploring the Zrmanja/Krupa ridge and if you get bored then you start exploring mountains or just drive to the seaside and relax there. The accommodation itself was spacious, modern, all mod cons provided. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was a problem. 2 good restaurants in the vicinity.

Perfect location on the bank of the river. You can rent kayaks and quad bikes from the owner or have a swim in crystal clear water. The host is extremely helpful. The huts are compact but functional. Each of them has a private bathroom and toilet. Parking is free on-site. There are two restaurants nearby if you fancy a meal.

Unfortunately we only stayed 2 days in this heavenly place. We rented small wooden bungalow that provides everything you need for the perfect rest. Just a stone throw from Zrmanja river in peace and tranquillity, but still near to some important tourist attractions. Bungalow was extremely clean, bed linens had such a nice smell. We got extra blankets that we didn’t use because it wasn’t so cold inside. Kitchen is basically equipped but it has all you will need for your stay. You get a key for your own private toilet and shower which was a pleasant surprise. The owner and his son are nice, friendly people that will provide you with all things and information you might need. We are definitely coming back soon.

You need a little courage and skill to cross the narrow, old (very loud!) metal bridge by car, but when you do, it's like a hidden small paradise!

The staff/ family running the huts were super nice and helpful. The mobile home was new, very clean and has everything that you need. It even has a newly built swimmingpool next to it. Air conditioning works very well, Internet as well once you have the wifi password. The house is located almost directly at the river, so you can have breakfast listening to the sound of the many little waterfalls. If you want to, you can book rafting and quad tours.

The Zrmanja river in front, a new pool on the right. Relaxing, small, silent, nice people, beautiful place, lots of waterfalls, good for kids. The large stone house is top notch.

The only thing was the heat, 30 degrees and trying to sleep at night without air conditioning or a fan was difficult. We kept the windows open at night but no breeze meant there was no relief.

The location is absolutely stunning. The cabins are fantastic. We had a lovely stay.

We were not amused about our stay because the owner and his family were having a party all night long. We thought that it was a peaceful and quiet environment but it was the complete opposite... they had no respect for the customers at all. The music was really loud, they were singing and shouting and even when we kindly asked them if they could turn it down because we wanted to get some sleep they didn't listen. Around 2:00am some of them started to knock on the doors of the cabins, one couple even wanted to come inside our cabin when we opened the door to ask them to be quiet, they were totally wasted. We cannot understand why a private party is more important than paying customers...

The location was very nice, next to the Zrmanja River. The cabin was small but cosy, everything was clean and tidy. Same for the separate private bathroom.
