Location is amazing, so close to the old town and very easy to walk to the bus that takes you to some great beaches. Our host was so helpful, and the room was really clean and comfortable.

Stairs ... the facility is on second floor and stairs are small, but this is normal in old part of Split

Place and location are great. Public Parking is also available just one minute walk from the facility

- Very clean and comfortable room that has been very well maintained and looked after by the owner - The location is perfect with just a very short walk to the city center - The owner has done a great job in providing breakfast options in either a hotel or nearby restaurant which saves the hassle to search for places to have breakfast in the morning - The building is next to a big parking zone which the owner can provide a discount for if you come by car

nothing at all, it was just perfect for us.

The location is perfect, once you step out of the complex you are steps away from the old town and all of the stores and tons of restaurants. The room looked exactly like in the pictures and was very clean and tidy. The size of the room is perfect for our family of 3. Wifi was excellent, streaming netflix has not been a problem :) A/C works like a charm as well and the shower was just amazing (AND CLEAN!!). The owner/host Danira was really great, very helpful and always willing to help whenever you have questions. She even went out of her way to get our little girl a birthday present while we we're staying there and she turned 3 years old. Who does something like that nowadays? Danira does ;) We felt very welcome, as if we were visiting family.

Clean, tidy room, plenty of storage. Perfect location - 3mins away from the busy part of the old town but you get your peace at night! Plenty of towels, bathrobes provided.

We didnt like the fact that the room was in a apartment building for the locals, the breakfast was supposed to be served in another location down the street and the free breakfast meant coffee OR tea and bread with butter, at least according to the flier. We didnt go..

The lady that greeted us was very nice and helpful, she guided us from the window to find a parking spot and was pleasent in general. She also called us and guided us to find the location in the first place. The room itself was very clean, very beautiful, very confortable and well equiped. I would recommend for the price, it is also close to the sea/dock.

Wonderful and incredibly helpful host! The room was very spacious and elegantly designed, with a large bathroom and extra 'room' for the kids to sleep in.
