It would be great if there was an outside space to sit around the back aswell but otherwise we were very happy with the accommodation.

Diana was very welcoming and it was easy to find from the pictures on booking.com. Great facilities although we didn't use them to cook ourselves but the option was there. Very close to supermarket and the centre of Split and yet on a quiet side street so we weren't disturbed. Air con was great and we slept well. We also used the washing line for our swim things which was very useful. Tea and coffee selection available (no milk though to note) which was a nice touch and the map of Split and surrounding area available to take was very useful. Diana also gave us recommendations.

Location was great for the city centre, old town, bus station and many other amenities. The studio was very clean and offered all the amenities we needed. Beds were very comfortable.

Only a small thing - would have been good to have had oil to cook with as this is an inconvenient thing to buy as a traveller (too big to transport).

S obzirom da su u suterenu od jednog stana napravljena tri apartmana, a i iznad je apartman, racunajte da je ovo za ljetni odmor, nikako za rad.

Izvrsna lokacija, plaže, trajektna luka i centar su blizu - na par minuta hoda.. Uredno je i dobro opremljeno. Ima i caffe aparat, vlastiti hladnjak, sve po P.S.

Finding a parking place for the car may be a bit difficult because the property does not own private car parking. However the owner was very helpful in explaining parking options.

The owner made all arrangements to ensure for a very late check-in. He/she was extremely quick in his/her responses to our inquires. The place was neatly arranged, very clean, hot water, clean towels in place. Coffee machine available for the in-house morning coffee. Good internet connection available. I would recommend the place for travellers of two.

Diana’s property is lovely and welcoming. it’s spotless and has everything you could need on a holiday visit. Diana is an excellent hostess. always available if you need assistance. it’s quiet and a very short walk to everything. highly recommended

Convenient location (close to the bus stop, to the port, to the Old Town and even unexpectedly to the beach!), very nice and cosy room, and even though it is small, you’ll find everything you need there. Very clean and it has been renovated recently. Diana is super friendly and helpful, allowed us to store our luggage (since we were arriving earlier and leaving later). Great thanks for everything and also for the welcome tea set, was really nice to have it! :)

Small room but if you don't have much luggage with you - wouldn't have any problem.

Very close the old town, good price / value, impeccable cleanliness. Ideal for a short stay, would recommend. The host is very welcoming too - she is happy to answer all your questions on arrival.

Internet could be faster.

Diana was very kind, when we arrived my parter was feeling sick and Diana offered herself to take us to the hospital. The flat was super cozy, close to the city center and the beach. After checkout Diana kept our bags safe until we left. We really recommend it.

Great stay and place. Exceeded expectations, very well designed and laid out, good use of space, had everything we needed, free tea and coffee, lots of light but shutters to get good sleep at night. Good location too, halfway between centre and Bačvice beach.

Nothing appart from the door of the bathroom that doesn’t give lots of privacy when going in the bathroom.

The room is really nice, modern, clean and comfortable. Really close to the city center. I would recommend this appartement for a small stay in Split.
