It needs some thorough cleaning and refurbishing.

Perfect location, 5 minutes on foot to the main attractions, easy access and easy-going host, independent room in a pitoresque flourishing garden, alternative vibe of the guesthouse contrasting the Disneyland-like style of Dubrovnik full of tourist traps.

I asked for private room and was given a room with four single beds, but no other guests. It was satisfactory for my needs, with en suite bathroom. Could have been cleaner, but this is effectively a hostel so expectations were not high.

I stayed in another property in the old town, in Ilije Sarake. Excellent location, a minute's walk from the square, but in a quiet side alley. Clear directions as to how to get there, and I was also advised where I could park for free, although it was a 20 minute walk away.

- No one to receive you. You contact the manager IF you have roaming and/or internet if not then you are screwed. He checks you in by phone. - My room was something like a shed outside in the back of the building. -The bed was not made. You have to make it youself. - The soap dispenser didn't work. - The shower stand didn't work. - The boiler is inside the bathroom right near your head. - People could see me inside my room through the window. - The Wi-Fi doesn't work well, it comes and goes

Beds are already pretty done. Dubrovnik is really expensive in comparison to other places in the Balkan. But that’s not an issue of this particular hostel.

Location is really close to old town! Easy checkin. Could sit outside in the evening.

It was extremely filthy. It felt as though no housekeeping was done. Wifi was unstable too. I have no wifi connection in the room. Wifi in the other areas get disconnected on and off. there was only 1 wc and shower to be shared amongst 5 of us in the room.

It was actually very close to the old town and there is a bus station outside the property, within 3-5 mins walk. please make sure you look for apartment 24. Google map wasn’t very accurate and I went to 22.

I couldn't seem to get the air conditioner to work and it was quite damp in the room due to the wet weather. I could connect to the WIFI but didn't seem to connect to the Internet. I gave up on that.

I was only there for a short stay overnight. Late in, early out. Easy enough to understand the directions to my room. Check In and Check Out via What's App

On arrival no staff available. Door locked. No check in procedure was clear. I had to wait indefinitely outside locked door until someone arrived by chance one hour later. There should be more arrival and check in information.
