Nice and clean room in the old town of Zadar. Parking was easy in front of it at the street for around 7€/Day (depending on season) Directly next to a Restaurant

You do need to be able to walk up two double height flights of stairs (ie 52 steps) - which we were ok with. The location is not well marked so look for a tiny sign on the door and again on the stairs.

Fabulous location!! Located in Old Town Zadar, one minute walk to the water and walking distance to all sights, restaurants, tours etc. Newly renovated room - very clean, well furnished. Nice balcony overlooking small park and the street. Host was lovely! Very helpful and gave us a great recommendation for dinner and helped us with the parking.

Perfect location and great new room which had everything we needed for a short break and was super clean. Host waited for us for our check in which was late due to late flight arrival. Such a gem, kind and thoughtful host and made our stay easy and comfortable. Highly recommended. NB: it may be a challenge to reach the second floor landing for people with walking difficulties as there is no lift - it was perfectly fine for us though! With many thanks!

I had a great stay at this property! The room was spacious and clean and the host was very lovely and helpful, made me feel at home. The location is great, everything from the Old Town is close and the bus stop to go to and come from the airport is 3 minutes walk. Really recommended!

We took the room also because there was a balcony in the offer and in the photos, but our room did not have any and the room was pretty dark due too.

The room was very clean and was equipped with all you need and even more. -very clean -all famous places to see in Zadar within 10 minute walk, - close to the airport bus stop and ferry to nearby islands - perfect for a citybreak, -air-conditioned.

The bed wasn’t a double bed, two single beds put together which was very uncomfortable as you stuck in the whole in the middle. Loud party place outside open till late

The property is in the center location. Beautiful balcony! The room was quite spacious, we were able to use Netflix, good AC and blackout blinds. The host was super nice and accommodating and let us check in quite late at night :) lovely lady

Nothing Parking is right in front!

Location was absolutely perfect! Impeccably clean and the host was incredibly helpful, generous and friendly. Could not have been better! We loved the balcony/view and the room was well appointed.

Really nothing could be better as far as I was concerned, but do note that there are only three rooms here. Two of them (including mine) have balconies and look out over the old town, but I don't think I would be anywhere near as happy if I had ended up in the interior room. Probably the way to avoid this is to just insist on a balcony.

Wonderful place, and the elderly woman who operates it was incredibly sweet and helpful. Really, they have thought of just about everything. I especially liked the little balcony I had and how the room was always bathed in sunlight. I really can't recommend the place highly enough.

Nothing! However, note if you are planning a romantic get away and carrying your partner into the room, plan accordingly! The rooms are on the second floor and there is no elevator.

Everything was great but on the last morning, we struggled to get any hot water in the shower but other than that we had no issues the entire time

Located less than a 5 minute walk away from the sea organ and the Roman Forum, amazing location to explore the city. Maria was so welcoming and friendly when we arrived and even sent us a goodbye message and a small gift to remember our trip by. Such a lovely, personal touch and we were really touched

There was nothing not to like. Room on the 2nd floor, the stairs were fine for us but may be difficult for others.

Lovely warm welcome. Marija was a wonderful host. Arrived early and allowed to check in which was a bonus. Marija showed us a map of the town, pointed out landmarks and told us where to get the bus, ferry and the boatman. Comfortable room, bed super comfy. Toiletries in the bathroom. Handy fridge. Fast Wi-Fi. Very clean. Close to airport bus and passenger ferries.

The location was ideal for a solo traveller being in The Old Town so close to museums,ferries and sights..I was welcomed by Marija who told me information about the area and was on hand if needed.
