NOTHING! IT WAS DIVINE. I WAS SO WELL-RESTED IN THAT PLACE.

THE LOCATION WAS JUST OUTSIDE THE WALLS WHICH WAS GREAT CAUSE ITS NOT THAT LOUD AND YOU COULD HAVE A GOOD REST. PLUS THE VIEWS WERE AMAZING. THE ROOM AND THE ENTIRE PROPERTY WERE SPACIOUS AND HAS ALL THE FACILITIES YOULL NEED. THE ABSOLUTE HIGHLIGHT OF THE STAY WAS THE OWNER, BRANCO. HE STAYED UP UNTIL 3AM TO GREET US, AS OUR FLIGHT WAS DELAYED. HE OFFERED SOME DRINKS AND FOOD. HE WAS VERYYYY GRACIOUS AND THE SWEETEST MAN. I WOULD LOVE TO COME BACK AND GET THAT DRINK WITH YOU BRANCO. OUR STAY WAS EXTRA SPECIAL BECAUSE OF BRANCO AND HIS BEAUTIFUL PROPERTY.

Tbh everything was perfect. Bathroom could have been attached to the room but it was still private.

Everything was great and great value for money. He even provided coffee, salt, sugar, oil, wine, beer… lol. Branco is not running a business he is making connections. Apartment is fairly priced and not so many stairs.

One thing only- it’s a bit high and u have to walk some stairs from the old town to the hotel. However, I mastered that for 4 days wearing my high heels. So that definitely won’t be a problem.:) Also, the view on your way from the old town to the hotel is fantastic!

The owner was super kind and friendly. He offered us drinks when we arrived and introduced different tourist attractions to us with the map. Also he introduced everything about the hotel in detail haha. The rooms and toilets are so clean and comfy. There is a kitchen where you can make your own dinner. The view from the hotel is superb! Definitely the best hotel I’ve ever been to! This hotel just feels like home to me;)

The location could be not easy access by car for people with disabilities.

The view from this place is stunning! Branko (host) was super friendly. He was waiting for us to share some tips, explain us the city and some chocolates as well. Despite the private bathroom is out of the room, he provided us everything (keylock, shower coat and set of towels) to feel comfy. We had also access to a kitchen with everything that we need.

Stairs ;)

Although one have to overcome quite a lot of stairs to get there (but nothing uncommon in Dubrovnik) but then view from terrace and friendly host compensates all. Extremely helpful hosts provided us with very useful informations. Although location is just few steps (stairs ;) from old town it’s quiet. There is also kitchen available with all utensils.

You have to climb some stairs to get there from the old city but this is the case for most of Dubrovnik.

Branko is a great host. He receives the guests very well. He allowed me to leave my backpack before check-in and even allowed check-in earlier because the room was ready. Also after check-out, he allowed leaving my backpack there and even gave me keys to let myself in. He also provided information about buses, sightseeing tips etc. The room was of good size and the view from the room was amazing. Everything was clean. Wifi worked well. Well equipped kitchen is available (shared with guests in one other room) and a terrace with tables and chairs (also shared). Bathroom was big. Walking distance to cable car station. Would love to stay there again when visiting Dubrovnik.

It's a great Room for vacation. The bed was really comfortable and the shower very nice. The best was the owner with his wife who was very helpful and friendly and he treated us very well!! He is a really good and polite man! I recommend this room for sure. The only problem was the way many stairs you had to walk in order to go to the room, but the whole Dubrovnik is like this. Beautiful view, wonderful host! The apartment is in an amazing location, and has everything you need. Me and my friend were sharing the room, and we had more than enough space for two people. The bathroom is separate from the room, but it's a private one and you don't have to share it with other guests. We would for sure stay here again! All perfect, thank you!!

The most beautiful guesthouse with a spectacular view overlooking the old town and a beautiful rustic garden. It is 90 steps up from the road so suitable for guests with good mobility. Wonderful hosts, a comfortable bed, private bathroom, and daily cleaning. We will absolutely stay here again next time we are in Dubrovnik!

Stairs up to the property which is tough on a very hot day so if you struggle with stairs this isn’t for you! At no fault of the owners tho! We loved being high up as there is a beautiful view of old town!

From the first step in till the last step out it was AMAZING! The owners gave us refreshments as we came in after a long journey and offered us some before we checked out, showed us on the map all the good spots to go, recommended lots of things and answered all our questions. The property was beautiful with a kitchen to use, rooms were very very clean and each room comes with a huge private external bathroom! We loved our stay here and will certainly be back.

The stay was so perfect there is nothing to complain but you should be aware that there are a lot of stairs up and down. But you can’t scape stairs in Dubrovnik and the welcoming of the host makes it well worth it.

One of the best accommodation experience I ever had. Our host was welcoming and responsive, always available to help with our needs. He offered us cold drinks every evening and made us a light meal one night. He gave us some of his amazing home grown grapes as well. Room was big and comfortable. Great big bathroom with daily cleaning. Well equipped kitchen. Our host was always worried about us having a great stay there. Best accommodation ever! With beautiful view of the old town! Can’t recommend enough!

A warning that it's only stair access main road it a little steep hike. But the view and the accomodation made up for the stew steps.

The VIEW WAS AMAZING. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The host was friendly and accommodating, and provided all the amenities we needed. The location was convenient and close to all the old town, beach and averything I wanted to visit. Overall, I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a pleasant and affordable stay in the area.

This small guesthouse is clean and comfortable. The hosts are so nice. It’s very close to old town, up the hill so lots of stairs. The views are lovely. The shared kitchen is equipped with everything you need. If you continue going up the stairs for a little bit past the guesthouse, there’s a great viewpoint.

The only negative to this room is that it is outside the old town so the walk is all uphill for about 15 minutes. However, Dubrovnik is all stairs so all visitors should be prepared no matter where they stay.

From our room you could see the entire old town city! The room had so much space and a private bathroom. A big perk was having a kitchen for easy breakfast.
