In early May some of the restaurants and bars at the hotel were closed but understandable considering number of guests

Excellent hotel , linked to four others so you can use all the facilities, pools and bars in the other hotels - one had a superb alduts only roof top pool . Amazing views and bus stop outside which takes you straight to the old town for 2 euros .

only had one issue where our room hadn’t been vacuum properly when we checked in but it was fixed very quickly

Breakfast was decent but not five star level. Dinner was in a nearby restaurant and had extremely limited choices and not an amazing quality. View from the restaurant was good but not worth the price for these meals. Hot water in the shower was hard to get right. Overall only tiny remarks on a very good stay.

Room was magnificent and impeccably clean, staff was super kind, several pools to choose from. Amazing view, very comfortable bed.

Outdoor pool was not clean but we stayed beginning of May. Breakfast was only ok-have had much better at 5 star hotels. Comments above are minor quibbles: we loved our stay.

Large rooms. Very clean. We had seaside view which was wonderful: each room has very large windows so you can lie in bed and see the sea.

Breakfast was very crowded and not working (many foods not available any more at 9 am). Food at the breakfast not at the same level as the hotel.

The halfboard dinner is good but would be better with a bit more selections. However, the staff is very friendly.

The hotel is very family friendly. We travel with a 8month old baby and the hotel offers all you need for a relaxing stay. The room is equipped with a kitchen and a living room area. The hotel provides us pots and pans to prepare food for the baby and also high chair in the room. Whenever a staff saw that we need to lift the stroller up and down a staircase, they come to offer help. Our son enjoyed so much having breakfast with us in the restaurant. The selection is very baby friendly, lots of clean and healthy food. He especially enjoyed the pancake. Moreover, the view is amazing from the room. We also enjoyed the walk along the coast, a very pleasant 15 mins walk to the public beach and restaurant area. The indoor pool is heated. Our son had his first swimming experience in the pool. We also enjoyed a lot the spa treatment and sauna. All in all, we had a very good experience.

Our room had 2 large smart tvs but all apps were inaccessible (password protected). But we travel with our own small set-top box that could be connected to the TV. The Internet is very high quality, so we managed to watch TV comfortably.

Excellent level - really 5 stars: a very comfortable room with expensive furniture, service in the restaurant and spa - also excellent! The room always had a comfortable temperature due to air heating and ventilation. Our room had a kitchen but no utensils. We wrote a list of what we needed - and they brought us everything. I also liked that you could visit the spa in another hotel, where the water in the pool is a little cooler, the pool is long and you could swim. Breakfast - buffet could always be supplemented with an "A la carte" dish.

One word - WOW. Hotel exceeded all our expectations. The stunning view from our room was simply breathtaking. We couldn't get enough of the gorgeous scenery that surrounded the property. The room itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It had all the amenities that I needed for a comfortable stay, including a cozy bed and a flat-screen TV. However, what really stood out to us during our stay was the incredible staff and the delicious food. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone. We can't wait to visit again.

not that I didn’t like, but I found breakfast to be quite ordinary, maybe not a 5 star hotel breakfast; also at our floor there was a strong smell of chlorine in the corridor - it didn’t penetrate into the room but was quite noticeable when we walked from the room to the elevator

location, lovely view and sea sound when falling asleep; spacious, quiet and clean room; friendly and helpful staff; bathrobes and slippers in the room; also kitchenette in the room shall be of help I think (we didn’t use it ourselves as stayed only one night in the hotel but I think it could be useful for longer stays)

Car was parked in hotels garage which is too small and difficult to park. It was safe and well protected but too small to park.

Location with beautiful view. There is no traffic in the area and there is a very nice and quite path along the sea as a lungo mare. Room was big and quite with nice balcony in the living room. Bedroom and living room were with individual bathrooms.
