We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe hotel didn't inform us in advance of the beach and temporary restaurant closure prior to our arrival; it was only open for breakfast buffet and the beach was closed due to construction. The hotel should have offered box lunches for pur hase and/or a list of restaurants in the area where one could eat while it was closed. We also noted some maintenance issues and smoking in the building, which we informed the hotel staff about.

CanadaStaff wasn’t overly friendly or accommodating. Our room was fantastic but we had a horrible smell in our bathroom. It smelled like backed up sewage and got worse as we stayed . We did let them know at the front desk who said they would look into it. Wifi was almost non existent. The signal dropped every few minutes IF you were even lucky to get a signal to begin with.
Location was beautiful. Room was a fantastic size and breakfast was great.

United KingdomNo bar open after 10pm to get a drink or even a vending machine or fridge with drinks in the room - that was the only downside, as we came to the room late after a party when all the shops were closed nearby already and we didn't have anything to drink and hoped to purchase something at the hotel but that wasn't the option.

We were surprised to receive such a small room, not like the one we had booked. The hotel staff weren't able to change our room the first night because the hotel was at 100% capacity, but they did change our room for the following night. The staff were super helpful.
