Lovely views from balcony & pool. Spotlessly clean. Friendly staff. Good cold buffet breakfast. Also freshly cooked breakfast to your liking. Really quiet, no noise can be heard from outside or from other rooms.

This is a great hotel. It is a family run boutique hotel where the family go out of their way to make your stay perfect. The views from every room are spectacular, the rooms are a great size and beautifully decorated and furnished. The breakfast is a great start to every day, with a great choice made to order. The hotel and the rooms are spotless with staff who take pride in their job. The pool bar service is second to none.

We were upgraded to a lovely room with an excellent sea view. This small boutique hotel is run by a lovely family who provide lots of small touches (pool towels, sun cream, ice for the room) that made this very memorable.

Taxi that was ordered for us was 20 min late but it did finally show up. Certainly not the hotels fault.

Highly recommend this property! Staff is super friendly and helpful Rooms super clean with everything you need. We were going to miss the breakfast in the morning so it was brought to our room the night before. Property is walking distance to great food and port town of Cavtat

A stunning boutique hotel, quite possibly one of the best we have stayed in. Ana and her family are most welcoming and provide a first class service. Breakfasts were delicious, the choice was excellent and service fantastic. You really did feel like you were getting special treatment and because it is family ran, you didn’t get turn over of staff that you get in larger hotels. Our room was just perfect with a view to die for. The beds were so comfortable and the facilities were fantastic. Definitely special when you get a robe and slippers plus White Company toiletries. The pool is small, but was never over crowded during our stay, making it a perfect relaxing break - oh and the drinks round the pool again with personalised service once again just made those extra touches special. The location was fantastic so close to centre and the airport. We are already planning our next trip to return. Don’t want to tell everyone how good it is as we might not get booked in!!!

There was nothing not to like.

Anna and her family were simply superb and made us feel so welcome. Facilities were spotless and some nice attention to detail such as lovely varying snacks as we ordered drinks by the pool. Breakfast was excellent and they even made something special for my vegan wife

Slightly steep walk down to the harbour, beaches, restaurants (only about 7 minutes) but you can hop in a taxi if it's too hot for the walk back up. All the other good points far outweigh this minor inconvenience.

Fabulous room, beautiful balcony with breathtaking view down to the harbour and mountains beyond. Very friendly family run hotel and lots of helpful advice. Lovely breakfast each day, freshly cooked to order, with great breads and homemade cake, all delicious.

Having to return home!!! ;))

Had the most amazing week in this beautiful hotel with fantastic views overlooking Cavtat bay. Breakfast was delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed relaxing by the pool with a cool drink and snacks from the bar. We felt totally spoilt during our time there and hope to return someday. Little in truth.

New, clean and perfectly located for the airport if on an early flight. Easy, if hilly walk into Cavtat. Amazing views of the bay from the rooms. Lovely pool too.

Nothing really, it was such a pleasant experience.

We booked at the last minute after cancelling our stay in Dubrovnik and we were thrilled with this place! The owner and her children are such wonderful people who made our stay delightful. They were extremely helpful with guiding us around where to go locally and just pleasant people to talk to. This is more like a boutique hotel, so the pool is a lot smaller than usual hotels but the views make up for it! Each room faces the sea so you wake up to really amazing views. The rooms each have balconies facing the pool and sea, so you can relax and soak it all in. I particularly was amazed that the room had Netflix so we could catch up on our shows! I must mention that the owner Ana does really superb eggs any way you like them. She's so attentive and goes out of her way to make sure it is exactly what you want. Everything at breakfast is fresh. The rooms are very clean and modern. Also, they do some mean Moscow Mules, so definitely try a cocktail.
