How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Comfortable place to stay for one night. Good breakfast. Room was little bit outdated, but it was not a problem for us. This is the best location if your want to visit Krka National Park. You can enjoy your stay here and go to the empty (without many tourists) park early. Better to buy tickets to the Lozovac entry.

Everthing was nice, breakfast was okey.
Great location in a small town with a nice view to the hills. Restaurants are all in walking distance. Beds were comfortable and parking options directly next to the hotel.

Location was perfect for visiting Krka National Park. We enjoyed the small town when visiting the park. Plenty of dining choices and breakfast at the hotel was sufficient. Roosters and church bells to sound the morning alarm.

Decoration of the room, sofa in the room. But I guess most guests will only sleep here, so not really an issue.
Great value, perfect location for Krka NP visit. Prefect for a one night stay.

Could be more hygienic, more towels could be provided. Staff is not very warm and welcoming like were are used to in other hotels in Croatia.
Location, breakfast, the bed, and room were all nice.

The carpet could be vacuumed more properly. It was a bit dirty. The door lock lagged every time we tried to come in.
Very comfortable hotel in the center of the small town. Beautiful room with a great bed, a desk, a safe, and a balcony. Very spacious bathroom. The breakfast was also great and diversified. We found everything we need: eggs, sausages, bread, yogurts, fruits, pastry, and many other things.

First room offered did not have AC in the bedroom so we asked for another which did. Shower was very small and refrigerator barely worked.
That the gave us a different room. convenient. Parking and breakfast.

Not enough TV programs
Great buffet breakfast, large room and great location with on site parking. Close to everything, boat to national park, restaurants, shops etc.

Clean rooms, lots of parking, near shops and restaurant's. Close to Krka National park. We where in the villa and not the hotel. Had large apartment with 2 rooms and a nice private balcony but overlooking the car park. Fantastic buffet breakfast.

The location was excellent, nice things to see and visit. The room was very spacious and clean. The hotel offers some very good menus with local food, certainly worth a try.

There was a lot of noise (boat I think). The bathroom had a "special" shape. There were traces of moisture near the bathroom and on the window / bed side walls.
The location was perfect for going to the national park! The breakfast was fine. The price was top notch for the quality of the hotel and its location.

Breakfasts could have been more extensive.
Great location. Family room was perfect for family of four. Skradin is a must stop off location for 48 hours and this hotel is ideally situated and well sign posted.

Clean enough. But the Carpet wasn't completely clean upon arrival (few grasses everywhere, like it hadn't been cleaned), same for the shower, a few hairs which don't belong to me. Missing a tissue box.
Great food, try the risotto. Breakfast is OK. Great location. Friendly staff.

Late arrival easy to manage and private parking place just in front of the hotel (possible to let the car parked during the day). Very clean room and perfect place to take the boat to Krka (5min walk).
