The rooms and the bathroom should be cleaner. The room facing the road was noisy the other one was ok.

This is always a highlight of our vacation, we can't wait to visit the hotel and see everybody again, they feel like family. It is a perfect location with very friendly personnel. The restaurant serves great food. The room is spacious and clean with a refrigarator.

Directly on the main road. The fridge was leaking one night because the door doesn't close very well.

The location is close to the Lozovac entry (about 2 km). It can safely done on foot as well (except for a 100m long stretch right on the road). Restaurant is nice too.

Room is very light which is really great but if you’re a light sleeper I just suggest that you bring eye mask for sleeping with you.

Spacious room, next to the shop, close to the NP Krka, 15-20min away from Sibenik and Vodice, there was little refrigerator in the room.

We were only ones there end of April. they gave us a room that had a smell, but immediately moved us when we asked. Better room at back so not near the road side nor over the restaurant. Restaurant below was pretty good and very convenient after all day out and about the park. Good prices. Great service. We ate there both of the days we stayed. A very convenient place split between easy access to Skradin entrance and main entrance of park. There is a good grocery right next door.

perhaps on the view from the apartment they could work on but otherwise all fine.

Breakfast is plenty and good. We asked dinner in the room and the staff kindly delivered tasty local stuff so made us happy. Also there is a supermarket next door so we could fill up supplies. A the host also arranged a transfer from the train station so our trip had a good start.

amazing family place, staff was great, friendly and it felt like coming home at the end of the day. restaurant served great food (local favorites), they were very kind to children as well. Tongka and Ivan were always welcoming, it was so nice we ended up eating all our meals there. grocery store and bakery beside the hotel in case you need more. this is in front of the road, felt it was part of its charm. the road is with two lanes and quiet during the night. btw if you are a family, their family rooms are great, very clean also.

+ very near to KRKA National park. 2-3 km by drive. + Pretty decent setup, value for money. + Stuffs were nice. + Rooms were clean. + Private Parking is available in front of the hotel. It is an open parking. + They allowed us to do early check-in and keep our baggage in the room before we go to the national park. + Breakfast was 9 eur ( in booking.com it was mentioned 7 eur). Quite okay with options. Omets were made fresh and was quite good. And they served in the table plus refilled as and when requested.

If you have the room overlooking the road expect noise from speeding drivers in the nightime.

A very convenient stop on the way to further south or as a base camp for Krka NP, Sibenik and surroundings exploration. Welcoming host, very good quality to price ratio. Shop and bakery next door, spatious parking place, good coffee served in the morning

You cannot open the window in the room because it is noisy. Also there was a wedding at night in the restaurant, they did not notify us, but they should have.
