The Location ist not the best especially when the buses are never in time so it took 35 min walking to old City , also was sometimes loud outside very early bc there's a conctruction work going on

The apartment was cozy, with big comfortable bed, but very small in space.

The apartment is located in a quiet and peaceful area. There wasn't any problem to reach the location, as all the infos provided in description were accurate and completed. The host was very kind and helpful. Also worth mentioning, the apartment was clean, tidy, with access to balcony. We had private bathroom and shared kitchen. There was also a private fridge in place!

Quite hard to find without a sign. The balcony and the surroundings were unfinished or haggard. The "private" kitchen equipment was not inside the room as stated (except the fridge). No soundproofing.

Lovely room with a spacious balcony and a small fridge (inside the closet). Wonderful hosts! There was also a separate kitchenette for guests in the hallway.

Mosquito is present A lot if you let window open if you use AC you can get sick as cold air direct to your face, also it's blue late for and noice for sensitive people.

Easy communication with owner trying to help. Small balcony to eat outside. The bus station not far which take you to city centre and to terminal bus.

We arrived quite late, and yet Dejan's very sweet grandmother was awake, waiting for us. She showed us the room and made us feel at home. It was a pleasant stay, even if we were there just for one night. Would easily recommend.

This accommodation is quite far away from the centre of Zadar, but it is acceptable for the price. The room is very small, so it makes it ideal for only a very short stay. The bed is not too comfortable, but it is okay for a couple of nights' stay.

I liked that the accommodation had air conditioning and was offered at a very good price. The room was small, but there was an en-suite bathroom and a small fridge as well, which was very useful. The owner is very nice, communicates well and was very helpful.

The house is 40 minutes walking from the Old Town and 60 minutes from the bus station. So pretty far. But there is a bus, number 7 that can help you. It is imposibile to understand what the old lady says so better call Dejan when checkin for any details. He is very friendly.

Not enough light in the room Room and the bathroom could be cleaned more thoroughly (especially wall next to toilet) It is very difficult to locate the building as there are no numbers on the houses. I think simple map received with booking would be very helpful for every guest

The bus no 7 is on the right street away from the property, the come back station is after Adria oil gas station so you have to walk a little bit. The property no 24 is after a house with a dolphin at the entrance. The hot water comes after you push the button next to the light switch off of the bathroom.

Great location in the beautiful and calm area, near to the bus station and hipermarkets, 40 min walking to the beach. Very nice host and his Grandma! Perfect clean room, very comfortable with air-conditon and huge bed.

I hope can get check in guidance before I come because the reservation made till check-in day still awaiting for the details information. Hot water for shower is limited usage. (Once finished then should wait for some times) The sheet was a cover that wasn't secured. The quilt has no cover, only the quilt, not very clean and can see stains. A Air conditioner doesn’t working. There were some mosquitoes in the room when checking in, and thanks finally found a mosquito screen for the window. Hot water also requires a button to open in order to work from. But I expect the owner would informed these guidelines.

Friendly host provided many guides and recommendations for travel at Croatia. Room is nice, with private bathroom and balcony. Affordable price accommodation at Zadar. Kitchen with base kitchenwares and microwave. Car parking provided.

Property is a bit out of the city centre but Ubers are cheep and available to get into the old town, and also to the beaches. Also there are supermarkets close by so this was not a big problem for us ☺️

This property was clean and had all the facilities you may need, also access to kitchen area. The owner was very nice, he sent us lots of recommendations for our stay in Zadar, when we arrived it was late and a neighbour assisted us with checking in and showed us the property which was very kind ! Great value for money and a spacious comfortable room.

It was quite a distance from the centre (well connected by bus though) and uphill to walk back. Otherwise perfect.

Excellent host and fantastic facilities. Really peaceful location if you prefer that.
