Not that i did not like but would suggest to have pool open earlier for those who like to actually swim in the morning as a daily exercise routine before it gets busy with elders and children. Once they all in, impossible to actually swim. Just a thought and suggestion. Maybe can be arranged thru reception as special.request, i dont think it will be so many, u could attached the fee to it and I am sure avid swimmers such is me, would not mind to pay a reasonable.fee for extra quiet hour in the pool with no splashing and diaruptions.

The food is great, everything is perfectly clean. we were two days in a deluxe suite, in the hotel. The room has a private sauna which is perfect but we also spent some time in their wellness which is great. The beds are also very comfortable. The hotel is pet-friendly and we, as a family with a dog, appreciate that a lot.

A few suggestions follow but overall we had a great stay: The pathway between the hotel rooms to pools is odd and feels a bit like a service hallway rather than a guest hallway. Very small nit, but bigger pool towels for hotel guests would be great (you get one towel per person per day and will be charged 10 euro per towel if not returned, so take care not to leave them at the pool!). And perhaps not feasible, but it would be really nice if there were early/late hours in which the thermal pools are for hotel guests-only since outside (day visitor) guests use the pool also which can get crowded...or if hotel guests had access to the private pool for a few hours a day (which we understood was only for nudist guests and at a per person fee - not ideal for our family group). On golf club rental - the experience was a bit shabby (for lack of a better word) - the club sets could be better cared for and rented out.

We loved the suite we stayed in which had both covered and uncovered balconies - lots of sunlight - and a beautiful bathroom (tub, shower, sauna). Nice coffee/tea options in-suite. The restaurant food was very good and thoughtful accommodations in the restaurant were taken in light of covid (the weather was gorgeous so it would have been nice to have outdoor dining options but they seem to have closed down this space for the season). There was a lovely playroom for little kids, really beautiful, probably best for babies and toddlers. And we all enjoyed the driving range for an hour of outdoor fun.

From inside we didn't find a way to reach the pools with baby wagen, without carrying it on the stairs. No opportunity to dry beach towels and swimming suits (room without balcony)

Room is great and clean, breakfast is superb (cannot be better) dinner is okay. Pools are good like always. Not the first time here and not the last for sure.

Had chosen the hotel for the spa which was wonderful , but a very long walk from the room. Lots of stairs. no transport for anyone with a disability. Can’t walk, can’t swim. No hot drinks available after breakfast , except at the small cafe which is located close to the spa , so inaccessible to disabled people. The hotel ought really to provide courtesy transport from the hotel to the spa.

nice big room ,plenty of space for two people. Food plentiful. quiet.The spa is really wonderful. Well worth a visit.

Really disappointed that at the reception, at the check-in, on Friday night, likely the busiest day of the week, out of four check-in counters only one is occupied (not the first time, it happens often), which makes the check-in experience very slow and very uncomfortable, as it can easily take half an hour if not longer. Also, at the end of the meal times (especially breakfast), 10:30 sharp, which I think it’s too early for a weekend, more precise than the atomic clock, service is finished and everything is removed in the fastest and most efficient way possible. Come on, it’s the weekend, it’s hotel, it’s normal to be in bed a bit longer, don’t be so strict with the end of breakfast. Leave at least coffee machine on for the latecomers.

We were at the Hotel fir the first time. It was relatively ok. Many things in the room not functioning you have to pay for hotel welness. Food is great snd outdoor swimmingpool.

Bathroom was dirty and damaged. Personal was rude and not nice at all. Food in breakfast was too salty and greasy. In terme inside pools were disgusting.

The room is outdated, the food is bad, the entrance to the hotel swimming pool and saunas is charged, towels for the pools are very old and worn out, there are not enough staff so there are crowds everywhere. This hotel is not 4 stars hotel! The hotel is not for wellness, it is suitable only for families with children who want to bring their children to swim and play. Although it is too expensive for that purpose.
