One evening due to bad weather we had no choice but to have dinner in the hotel. It was a buffet style, there wasn’t much choice and it wasn’t anything to get excited about.

Location of this hotel was perfect, it was located on the edge of the water and had its own little shingle beach. It was a short walk either along the coastal path/beach or the road into Lapad where the restaurants and bars were. The bus stop was outside the hotel and the buses were so easy to use to get into Dubrovnik Town. We got the Dubrovnik Pass which gave us access to the city walls aswell as free use of the buses. The view from our room was beautiful ( we were on the 3rd floor) and the room itself was a little dated but very clean. We had a balcony and could watch the sunset each evening . Breakfast was buffet style and there was plenty of choice . We ate outside on the terrace and had views of the sea. All members of staff were very polite and welcoming and the hotel was very clean. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to friends.

Sea views were blocked by the overgrown trees.

The breakfast was excellent. Location was very close to Dubrovnik city and by the sea. The only slight improvement could be to trim down the trees which blocked the sea view. We booked three rooms with sea view , two were blocked , only one room had better clear sea views.

Although the wifi reaches the other side of the bay, within the hotel itself it was not always connected. Basic amenities are not given in the hotel, like a bottle of water, kettle etc.

The staff is very helpful. They advised us and guided us. The ladies for the breakfast in the morning were super friendly. Hotel with a nice view,situated just infront of a bus stop. Their wifi reaches the other side of the bay.

Great good value for money hotel in the bay of Lapad. If you look for something more relaxed and not the usual huge hotels this is a very good alternative. It has everything you need, great location and a wonderful terrace enjoying your breakfast. From this hotel you have also entrance to the sea, a small "beach" and a nice beach bar where you can enjoy an Apero.

Older property with poor sound insulation. Unable to get shower above tepid in the evening. Hard to get to sleep with noise from neighbours in nearby rooms.

The rooms are a bit dated and it would have been nice to have a shower rather than a combo unit but that wasn't a big deal.

This is a great hotel with a good breakfast buffet. Located the second to last stop on the bus route. Quiet place to stay, loved the balcony and right on the water. The staff was so lovely and they also prepared takeaway breakfasts for us too!

Although there is a very large area in front of the hotel, it is unacceptable that parking is paid. It is not understandable to charge parking fees even out of season.

There wasn’t a lot of choices for vegan/vegetarian breakfast.

We loved the location and had lovely sunshine. The staff were brilliant especially Alexandria who was most attentive and her English was excellent.

The staff were very friendly and great. Food was excellent. They serve a lot of seafood and fresh vegetables which we like. I love the fact that we are away from the city center..the property is beach front and only 15 mins away from old town. Bus stop is in front of the Hotel

It doesnt have an elevator so if you are in the third floor you have to take the steps, for people of older age it could be challenging
