The single beds were really really narrow, smaller than the twin beds we had on the motor yacht we had just come off of.

The front of house staff were excellent! As was the staff at the restaurant and the bartender. Very welcoming and helpful all the time.

Nothing - it was faultless.

The staff were very thoughtful and attentive from the moment we arrived and all the way through the stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and the extra little touches were noted. We travelled with our 20mo son and had absolutely everything we needed without even asking for it! Very impressed. The room was very comfortable, the bed and bedding was great. Well decorated and everything was really clean. The location of course is unbeatable, a few steps away from the heart of the old town, yet down a little side street so it didn’t feel too noisy at all. It was wonderful to be able to quickly leave the room with the toddler and walk along the pedestrian only streets when they were pretty much empty early morning! If a larger room had been available, we would have stayed for longer, and we will be back!

Excellent location in the Old Town yet has an intimate feel to it. Super clean and cosy rooms fully equipped with whatever you may wish for. Absolutely delicious breakfast that you can enjoy on the roof terrace with breathtaking views! Staff goes out of their way to be of assistance. Definitely worth the price!

Room is very small with not even a chair to sit on. View is of building across the small street. No elevator so stairs are not optionable.

Location in Old Town is perfect. Access to everything is steps away. However, you must walk the last few hundred yards since cars are not allowed in Old Town. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

The only negative was being woken at 6:00am by noise from bins/trolleys being pulled along the cobbled stones in the alley outside, can’t be helped as it is a consequence of the location.

The hotel interior has been tastefully updated to be a clean and comfortable hotel in old town Dubrovnik just off the Main Street. The room is small for the money but you have to factor the location and appreciate that actually it is good value. Every member of staff that I interested with was super friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more.

Located right in the center of Dubrovnik, with a lovely rooftop restaurant and very comfortable bedding, this is a hotel we will return to again and again.

As it’s an old building there is no elevator- but everything else more than makes up for the inconvenience.

Perfect location. Reception staff couldn’t be more helpful and welcoming. A lovely breakfast above the red roofs of Dubrovnik with church bells ringing is quite an experience.

The shower overflowed onto the rest of the bathroom every time anyone used it. This was a obviously a long standing issue as the shower room door had rot and twisted at the bottom from it. This or another reason, led to a foul smell in the room every now and then, partly disguised by the lovely room freshener used by the hotel. If you have an early start the next day, little chance of you getting undisturbed sleep from everyone passing by our room on their way up to their rooms or down from the hotel's own restaurant on the terrace....most of them are loud and the doors not providing any soundproofing at all.

Location, staff friendliness and location again.....it is so conveniently located and we did a trip back to the room to freshen up between all our tours, walk of the wall, restaurant and bar breaks. Though the internal doors weren't providing any soundproofing, the external window was fully soundproofed.

That Hotel is next to the main street in Dubrovnik old town. We had a really delicious breakfast on the top of the hotel -with that amazing few over the old city from Dubrovnik. At 07:30 AM we were allone at the terrace, maybe all other hotel guests were sleeping at this time :) The lovely personal is very friendly and obliging.

The AC didn’t cool the room very well.

We did not have breakfast. Location was great. Discount with parking was great. Staff was lovely and helpful. Bed was very comfortable. The coffee was also good with great service.
