Very small kitchen for the family , Zero cleaning services … which was a surprise. They don’t even change your bad… I wish to have a bit more service for the money paid. Not value for money at all..

the crockery was really scarce. In a room for two you cannot have only 2 spoons, 2 forks, 2 glasses..... Scissors and salad colander missing!

The room is very nice, near to the beach and only 2km walk from the town. Unfortunately the swimming pole was already closed. Hosts were very kind and helpful. Actually the site was very calm because the season was almost over...

We have booked an apartmant for two people (that we knew already was quite spacious with a nice terrace. There was some overbooking problem, and we got a bigger apartment for 4-6 people. The location and the view was better, but the place was full with beds and furnitures for 6 people, so it was really tight. The bathroom was much smaller too. One more thing: we really don't understand why is 3 separate garbage bag, if the cleaning lady put everything together again...It is not sustainable, just more plastic bag waisting...

The location is perfect. Every year there is something new eg. the charging station this year. The pool, the bar and facilities are great. The whole environment is beautiful. The receptionists are helpful. (One of the AC malfunctioned, and it was repaired in a couple of hours.) This was our forth time and also not the last one.

There was some music that could be heard during the first few hours of night, but it wasn't not too bad. It's party time for many.

The apartment was larger than we've expected. I've booked the Studio with Park Side, and the pleasant surprise was that we've had two bathroom, which is more than useful when returning from the beach. Moreover, there were also two balconies, so plenty of room to let towels and swimming equipment dry. The parking is huge, part covered with vegetation so the cars are sheltered from direct sunlight. It is also lit at night-time. It had a cost of 1 EUR/night, but that is completely acceptable for the offered service. The beach is super close, no more than 2-3 minutes walk down the stairs. It has plenty of natural shade, no need for sun-umbrellas. Concerning the city, Porec - it's at a ~20 mins walk. The route is pleasant, scenic, usually met the sunset on the way towards. Moreover, walking back was pleasant after the evening meal. There is a mini-train for those that would rather not walk, or bicycle-taxis.

24/7 reception allows to check in at any time of day/night. Spacious parking under the trees. A number of beaches around the resort which are not crowdy even in a high season.

Small things. When you open the sofa bed, you partialy block balcony door.

The pool was always overcrowded with not enough place around to lay down and enjoy the sun. Internet was not working at all. You had to go out of the room and use it outside. There is NO beach, only rocks.
