Parking was difficult but we were able to find paid parking close by while we dropped our bags off and then host advised where free streetside parks were and we found one about 10 minutes walk away. Apartment not signposted so suggest you get detailed checking instructions. But these are not negatives, just the way it is to be so close to the old town which is AWESOME.

Location was great, close to waterfront and on edge of old town. everything was modern and stylish, loved having a washing machine. Nice to have a dining table and sofa, very roomy. Be warned shops, including grocery shops, are closed on Sunday, only cafes open.

The location of this little hidden gem is perfect. So close to splits old town and a little supermarket just down the road. The room had everything we needed and the host Ivica was great!

Would have preferred a coffeemaker of some sort as opposed to instant coffee. First world problem.

The host was so lovely, we had the shower head break and he fixed it straight away! The location is amazing, so many great places around us. The washing machine was also wonderful to have. Overall fantastic place to stay, highly recommend.

The host was very friendly and helpful- he was prompt to reply to messages and even had water for us in the fridge upon arrival! The apartment was super clean and homey- amenities were plenty for us to feel comfortable- plenty of towels, tissue, washing machine, pillows, etc. The host even gave us recommendations and pointed it to us on the map when we got there. Great value and very comfortably decorated home.

There vas no place to sit outside, but inside town center so we did not miss it much.

Inside Varos old town and close to everything. Apartment have all you need, it was renovated and looked great. Walking distance to the beach.

Only thing I can think of is that it needs more hangers.

It was a cute little room in a great location. Close to lots of good restaurants and ice cream!Quite close, but away from the crazy crowds. Ivica was very nice, but when explaining places on map could have written things rather than drawing circles and X's. Ivica's mom was extremely kind and helpful with my suitcase filled with dirty clothes.

There is an outside light that turns on when people walk by. At night it lights up the room so would be great to have a curtain over the door window to stop the light shining into the room

Host met us on arrival and gave us a quick overview and information on Split. The apartment was modern inside and very clean. Included all the facilities you could need. New bathroom with a great shower and washing machine. Close to the old town and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. 10 min walk to the ferry and airport bus.

the property was wonderful and we should have followed the owners suggested way to get to the property. we made the mistake of taking a cab from ferry and he ripped us off. wish we had taken his number to report. everyone was sympathetic and went out of their way to assist us.

Great little place in a lovely area in Split. This was a return visit. We enjoyed sitting out on the leafy terrace. Friendly host, water in fridge, great shower, useful plates and crockery. Very clean. Thank you.
