The only odd is the hotel reception and restaurant/bar is separated from the hotel room. So, the walk is quite a bit. There are two different sites - hostel and private room for hotel, which is un-expected, but overall the hotel is quite nice, quiet and clean.

The location of the hotel is located in the centre, which is nice and convenient to all tourist sites. Breakfast was amazing, plenty to choose from. As for dinner, there are plenty of restaurants in the area and the hotel serves food as well.

The entrance to the flat is a total building site at the moment and it's poorly lit so I slightly fell on the stairs. The curtains are a long way below the standard of the rest of the property, which is the only point for improvement.

This place is absolutely lovely. It was very cheap when I stayed (out of season) but it actually feels like a real little home.

Greeted on arrival with friendly welcoming smiles. Information given about the property and location, easy check in and shown to my room, which was in an adjacent building. Reception is available 24 hours. Spotless clean, comfy bed. Quiet, as the building is in a courtyard away from the main street. Great location, tram stop outside. As i was leaving early, received a take away breakfast. Great value for money

1.Breakfast included in price was a standard menu of 5 dishes-tried 2 of them and not worth it really, although personnel of the bar was very accommodating. 2.I asked beforehand if checkout could be extended to later hour due to late flight, i was told yes with the latest at 2 with extra charge of 7 per hour and after that a full day would be charged. After my arrival, i asked for the extension and i was told they could only till 12. Had i known, i might have booked other hotel. 3.Entrance of the building/stairs to the rooms could be cleaner and better looking.

Very lovely apartment in the top city center of Zagreb. We picked up keys from metal box in front of apartment. Once we step in, we were really suprised. It was super clean, spacious,.... Kitchen was fully equipped and most important ( there was a coffee machine and copsulles). Bed was cozy, there was 4 towels waiting for us. Bathroom....such a big shower....wow....And even more....in the morning delicious breakfast was included. We stayed only one night, but next time we will book this apartment again...for sure!

The room/curtains smelled of smoke, most likely a previous guest smoked in the room or at least was a heavy smoker. We had to open the windows quite a while to get rid of the smell. Not Swanky's fault, but an inconsiderate guest's. Otherwise perfect!

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING, EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

EVERYTHING. From the point of arrival the check-in process was easy. We were directed to our apartment just along the same street as the Swanky Bar. The apartment itself was outstanding, large, very clean, VERY well equipped. We had everything we could need or ask for, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, safe, very comfortable king size bed, fantastic shower in a great modern bathroom. Breakfast every morning back at the bar (5 minutes walk) was excellent, tea, coffee, juices, cereal, fresh fruit, omelette, French toast and more... Staff are all extremely polite, excellent English for those of us with basic Croatian language skills. Attentive to their guests with no ask too much. Swanky is a must for anyone planning a stay in Zagreb. The bar and apartments are perfectly centrally located, 10 minutes walk to the Main Square, 15 minutes to the cathedral and St.Marks Church, 5 minutes to the excellent Sunday antiques market at Britanski trg. (British Square). Swanky is all round perfect for any Zagreb stay.
