I love soft fluffy bath towels so I found these a little rough. A fry pan would be a good addition to the well stocked kitchen.

Great position not far from the Riva and the Palace. Quiet little street with supermarket close by. The apartment was fabulous. A quiet oasis to return to after a long day exploring. Lovely balcony, comfortable bed, washing machine and a dishwasher. Who could ask for more.

Just one suggestion - it would be useful to have an umbrella that would provide shade from the sun on the balcony.

The apartment was very clean. It had all the necessary things, both in the kitchen and bathroom. Fridge, oven, air conditioning, everything you need to function for a week or even longer. Nina (the owner) was very helpful, providing all the necessary guidance, so there was nothing to worry about.

Excellent location away from the tourist center but close enough to walk to old town. Grocery store just a 2 min. Walk. Host is very responsive and apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Knives were not sharp, no cutting board available.

Flat was clean and beds were comfortable. Location is nice, not far from Old Town and beach. Air condition was a necessity for us. Hostess is friendly and helpfull.

Pictures show that there is living room. But unfortunatelly not in every apartment. So we need to sit in the kitchen:) that wasnt so bad but would be nice to have a space to sit together as family not in te chair:)

The host is very friendly and helped us with late check-in. Parking was just next to the building on the street for free (everyone parked on the street). The apartment is very new, and perfectly fit for 5 - the beds are big so I think it can actually accommodate for more people. Kitchen has everything we needed, we had cooked our own breakfast and dinner there. During the stay, we have a little issue with hot water machine and the host immediately got it fixed and it worked perfectly later on. Very responsive and friendly host.

We were so thankful to have a washing machine too! Our host Nina was kind and helpful. The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was so nice to have access to the kitchen also!

Convenient location to grocery store and easy walk to Dioclesian Palace. Comfortable apartment with fully stocked kitchen. Only negative is AC unit is in the hallway, but just keep bedroom doors open and it's comfortable.

Location, cleanliness of the room, Nina, the host and her husband. We also enjoyed having a washer to do laundry especially having young kids who get dirty quickly. The airport transfer went very well and the driver was super nice and even brought us ice cream.

We missed some little and sharp knives to cook. Also a few towels to clean the table would've been nice. But these are little details.

The balcony, dishwasher and laundry machine were very nice and usefull. The way to the beach was just straight ahead and a walk for like 10 minutes so that was also very nice.

We only regret that there was only one climatisation in the living room and not in the bedroom.

Nina’s apartment is very clean. We enjoyed the balcony. You’ll have all you need in the kitchen for self catering break. Apartment is close the the city center with lots of restaurants. Communication with Nina was great on the arrival!

Lovely spacious apartment with balcony. Walking distance to the beach, the old town with some fantastic restaurants and a local supermarket & bakery. The apartment was very clean and spacious with air conditioning. The kitchen had everything you need for a self catering break. Communication with Nina was great and on the day of arrival we met Nina's equally helpful & friendly sister, Maria, who handed over the keys. Sadly, we could only stay one night due to availability, but would've loved to stay longer! We had struggled to find available accommodation in Split and both Nina and Maria tried their best to help us find alternatives. Fantastic service.

The night of our arrival our train was delayed which resulted in our group arriving late at night. After around 10 minutes in the flat we were already angrily approached by the mother of the owner who intruded into our flat and threatened to call the police because we were supposedly hosting a party. We were in fact just unpacking and sorting out everything after our arrival. Quite unfortunate start to the stay especially after a long day of travel for the group. We were taken aback by the impoliteness of the owners. The flat was fine otherwise, but the shower was in a bad state, while clean, the water pressure at a warm temperature was so low that it was basically impossible to shower properly.

Good location and reasonable price.
