We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

This hotel is new dimension of tourism really! We felt like we were home. The communication before arrival was excellent and Jovica was already waiting for us and he drove us to the hotel and we made instant friends! Complete staff on the reception and at the cocktail bar was very kind and friendly and until the end of our stay we felt like we are friends for a long time! :) Rooms are so stylish, modern, clean and the location is in the old town. I loved the interior design of the hotel - luxurious with vintage details in old town of Rovinj :) You must not miss their cocktails (the orange one with the dry orange on top - I forgot the name of the cocktail) and also gin tonic, they have a wide range of spices they make by themselves. Also they serve gluten free breakfast (they have separated toaster for gluten free bread) which was lovely since I am celiac. We went for work so they really helped us a lot with some locations for photo shooting in Rovinj, also they recommended great restaurant for dinner. Thanks to them this was one of our best trips ever and I think we loved everything about Rovinj because of them! This was one of the best hotels I ever visited when speaking about atmosphere, interior design, location, staff, everything is 10/10!

Kind and attentive staff, lovely room decorations (particularly important for my trip with a 5yr old) and a comfortable location. We were welcomed with a gift ready for my niece which she absolutely adored. It’s all in the details and we found them at The Melegran.

United StatesI loved the location. It is on a narrow cobbled street that is very charming. It is a short walk down to the harbor and promenade with many restaurants. We arrived by car and they provided parking just outside the old city walls. Someone from the hotel met us in a location that the GPS could find and led us to the hotel parking. We were then taken in a golf cart into the Old Town and dropped off at the hotel. It was about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the hotel to the parking lot when we wanted to take the car on day trips.
