Host was excellent and very helpful, apartment was super clean with good quality & variety of fittings, plenty of hot water at all times, nice location 15 minutes walk to Centre with attractive patio & garden. Easy check-in and out. Thank you for a nice stay.

Toni is a very friendly and helpful host. He arranged a tour of Plitvice Lakes for me and recommended visiting Nin and checking out a local restaurant called Gricko. They were all great. The studio is small but very comfortable and close to the Old Town. Excellent, would stay there again. 👍👍👍

Bathroom is quite small.

Great localization - close to the old town and beach. Room is spotless clean and pretty comfortable. If you came to Zadar by plane, airport shuttle bus stop is within 15 minutes walk. Lidl store within10 minutes walk, Kaufland - around 15.

all was good

Nice terrace and garden with wonderful smelling flowers, we had all we needed (like all, including makeup removal lotion, coffee and biscuits). The host was very helpful and gave a lot of info about what to do (info is written also in the room), great communication. Big kitchen and well equipped. Relatively close to the old city center that is really nice to see (about 1-1.2km to the gate). Not so close to the beaches (but we got there by foot)

Great stay!! The apartment is very clean, comfortable and has everything needed. Kitchen is well-equipped. Space is just enough for two. The owner is very nice and communication is excellent, he has great recommendations as well. Great location for visiting Zadar.

Property was very well maintained by a great couple Toni and Ange, where Toni have us som places to see and go during our travels from the airport to the property. Toni was a wealth of information on attractions and must do locations during our visit! Property was close to everything you needed in way of grocery store or market as well as some local cafe bars. A short 12-15 minute walk takes you to the entrance of the Old City where on route you can enjoy a walk along the water to get there. Simply an amazing time!

The apartment was very nice and clean. It is located very close to the old town just about 15 to 20 min walk and 25 min walk to the main beach. Toni is very friendly and helpful. I can highly recommend.

Explain to foreigners like me that most places prefer local Croatian currency instead of euros, maybe offer to exchange some? But this is a nice to have, not a complaint.

Host was very nice. Offered to drive us from airport, even though we got out close to midnight (not for free, of course) . Gave us great suggestions for short and long tours. Gave a free large bottle of water and juice packs, already in fridge, plus some candies.

I would have wished for a bit larger towels, I needed to use two of them to get completely dry. However, this is not a main issue, just adds some feel of comfort :)

The apartment is small but pretty well equipped, and the host is really friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood is calm, and it's only 10 minutes from the sea and 15 from the old town by walk.
