I stayed with my 5 year old and she counted that there are 110 stairs up to the apartment, that is what gives you the beautiful view and my little girl did manage them but it was tiring for her. It did my fitness the world of good, you will go home fitter than you came!

Lucija was so kind and accommodating, she couldn't have done any more to make us feel welcome. She recommended some great spots for us to visit and we had a lovely holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean, the bed was super comfortable and the WiFi was really easy to connect to via QR code. She had left us some Croatian snacks which we really enjoyed, along with tea and a nespresso machine. When we arrived at zadar airport the taxis waiting there tried to charge us 50 euro for a 15 minute journey, I had to negotiate and got it for 30 euro, when I told Lucija this, she even arranged us a taxi for the way home at a pre arranged price of 30 euro. We can't thank her enough for a truly fantastic holiday.

comes with all the extras as washing machine, washing powder, dishwasher with tabs, espresso machine with plenty of cartridges, brand new super large TV with all the gadgets including Netflix abo, wifi, balcony couches with seat cushions and plenty of pillows ... all top shake as new, all very clean. Great apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Lucija was super lovely and gave great recommendations for where to eat and things to see. Location was wonderful within super close walking distance of old town and really nice that parking was provided too.

The stairs!! Top floor apartment definitely take this into account with luggage (no lifts).. other than that nothing!

The location was superb. In the middle of everything ideal with the bridge being just across. The apartment itself was also nice to stay in.

While it wasn't an issue for us, it's worth noting that there is no lift in the building. This might pose a challenge for individuals with mobility issues or those carrying heavy luggage. However, I want to emphasize that it did not affect our overall experience in any way.all

The host was incredibly helpful and patient. Our flight was delayed, which meant we had to check in the morning after our scheduled arrival. Despite this inconvenience, the host was very punctual, waiting for us at the entrance of the property and even reserving a parking space for us. We were extremely pleased with how well everything was organized.

It's on the top floor, which means a great view from the balcony, but it is a lot of stairs if you have heavy bags. It is totally worth the exercise :-)

We liked everything!

We loved staying here: Lucija was very friendly and gave us great recommendations for our stay. The property was clean and organised. The facilities were excellent, for example there were basic cooking ingredients (e.g oil, salt and pepper, sugar etc), coffee etc. It was lovely to stay somewhere with a dishwasher and a washing machine too. The shower worked well and had good pressure. The bed was comfortable and the shutters and curtains made the room dark at night time. The balcony was large and we loved sitting and enjoying the view. We were also able to keep our bags at the property after check out as we had an evening flight - this was really helpful. The apartment has a very convenient location: you can catch a ferry to Ugljan a short walk away over the bridge; there were ferry tours that leave just outside the apartment and the old town is waiting for you over the bridge.

The only sight downside is that there is no lift so you have to climb stairs to reach the apartment. However, the views from the top-floor balcony were well worth the climb!

We loved absolutely everything about this apartment! Lucija’s property is in an excellent location, just a short walk across the bridge to Zadar Old Town. The view from the beautiful, spacious balcony is nothing short of breathtaking and it is an ideal spot to chill with a glass of wine in the afternoon sun. The apartment is absolutely spotless, nicely decorated and has everything you need, including plenty of fresh white towels and a well-equipped kitchen. Lucija herself was very welcoming and couldn’t have been a better host, giving us lots of recommendations for restaurants (we ate at a few and loved them) and things to do during our stay. Stay here and you will not be disappointed! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is on the fifth floor with no lift. The host helped ua with our luggage on the check jn but check out was very difficult as we were only two girls and taking down the big luggages was very difficult. In saying that I would definitely book the apartment again but just make sure to travel light!

The apartment is very clean and neat and equipped with all the things needed for a pleasant stay. The balcony has an amazing view of the old city of Zadar as well as the port, as the apartment is on the fifth floor. We enjoyed it with a cup of coffee or tea. It was our first stay in Zadar so the host gave us a map of the city and some recommendations for the city's most popular attractions. We went during the weekend in autumn, not during the peak summer month and there was free parking provided. The city center is just 5 minute's walk over the bridge. Overall excellent accommodation.
