We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe were under the impression that there was a restaurant but it was closed apart from for breakfast, this wasn’t really a problem as there is a restaurant and bar across the car park. However the breakfast was not brilliant and although we had paid for it decided to eat in the old town most mornings, in brief the food was a poor quality and not a good choice! The fried eggs were undercooked and the scrambled eggs overcooked, they had pre toasted the bread!! And hadn’t left any bread out to toast yourself, the other fresh bread didn’t seem too fresh, there was a lack of cereal and good quality fruit and yogurts and generally not much choice, the coffee was one pot and had to wait for fresh coffee on the occasions we had breakfast, I could go on ! But they probably shouldn’t bother with the service if they can’t do it right, so it would be advisable not to pay for breakfast when you book, we went with the hotel because some of the reviews said breakfast was great, well it wasn’t.
Absolutely beautiful small hotel, and really lovely staff, the spa is amazing too, the rooms were so clean and the cleaning staff were so good.

Loved the location of the hotel. Quite a walk to the waterfront, but very pleasant. The room had a lovely view and a little balcony. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Lovely to chat to,. The hotel had a lovely feel about it. Very modern and clean. The resident Peacocks added something special to the hotel.

NetherlandsBiggest dislike is that there is a music bar next door that has parties each weekendday till 02.00. You'll definately hear that in your room.
The hotel is close to the city centre (10 min walk) and has a secured private parking. Rooms are a bit small, but OK. The staff is super friendly and breakfast is one of the best I have ever had. The Spa is a nice bonus.

Time Boutique is really everything you need in a hotel. This is our second time in the hotel and as was the case the previous time, everything was more than great. The stuff is very friendly and helpful, the location is great because the city center is 10 min walk, the spa is amazing. We're coming back again when in Split.
