A spiderweb near the bathroom window. A bit narrow space around the bed.

High attention to sustainability, diversity, urban culture. Room with all the comforts and amenities although it may look “spartan” at first sight. I was afraid of the noise from the bar in the courtyard but I must say that there was total silence after 10 pm. And the hotel provides free ear plugs in each room! Nice gesture. Excellent location to explore Zagreb. Cool roof terrace bar.

A quirky place, but they get everything right. It's clean, the staff are nice and it is very central to the hotspots in Zegreb. It has lively bar areas, so it does cater a bit for the younger crowd, but I stayed a couple of nights and loved it and there was no noise.

We found the room Not clean while the room was full of hair of dogs and not cleaned . Requested a deep clean but was not enough.

You will very likely hear the night club music, the clubbers yelling in the street, and the frequent trams until very late if your room is Ilica street side: earplugs will be your best friends if you need a restful night

Unbeatable location, everything is within walking distance. Very friendly staff, always available. And good breakfast as well You will receive messages with practical information and services - very useful 🙂 The hotel hosts events - every evening I guess - and you can always join

The night club was a bit noisy into early morning hours, but we were advised that it was part of the establishment. The room was a bit stuffy on arrival, but a few hours with an open balcony door and window soon resolved that.

Very good breakfast offering, with wholesome, fresh meals. Enjoyed the coffee.

Certainly the oddest hotel I've ever stayed in. Basic but functional. There are not many hotels with a rooftop bar and a large nightclub built into them!

Twin room is small, and the reception staff could be more approachable

Amazing location, central to all attractions and shopping. If you love to eat and drink and party, this is the place to stay in Zagreb. The restaurant downstairs, the rooftop bar is amazing and the club in basement is next level party place.

no joke: the hotel is also a bar/club during the night so don't come if you're sensitive to noise (at least they give you ear plugs) basic breakfast but there are nice coffee spots near the hotel

very well located: you can visit most of the city by foot. the hotel is next to the funicular and 2 mins away from the tramway very nice staff room is clean and big nice view of the city

I didn't like the noise of the trams, better windows could be installed. And I didn't like that the breakfast was served in the same room where were people smoking and drinking the previous night. Also the reception is on the other side of the cafe and then you go back through the cafe to reach the elevator.

I liked the location because it was short visit to Zagreb but I coudn't sleep because of the trams. I could hear them all the night.

Very surprised especially for a highly rated hotel not for have a kettle in the room I like my morning coffee, Especially had to check out at 5am for a early flight so had to wait till got to the airport.

Don't stay in the garden facing room if you want peace and quiet as there's noise coming from the bars. Breakfast should really be approved. Not worth the €10.

Overall, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel's prime location near key attractions was a plus. However, I was not expecting the club to be part of the hotel, which was a surprise. Additionally, the room's heater could not be adjusted or turned off, leading to excessive warmth. To regulate the temperature, I had to keep the window open.

The hotel enjoys an outstanding location, ideally positioned near popular sites. Yet, it's important to be aware that the hotel includes a club, which becomes quite busy and lively, especially during the late-night hours.

Expecting a Room with à view...instead got a room with view on an inner court. Balcony advertised in Booking.com is not on the street, but on an inner court.

It was a bit noisy at night, mainly by the other guests in the corridors at night. There is a cafe-bar which is also noisy but with the windows closed in winter it was OK. In summer I think it will be very annoying. I would recommend it for young travellers.

This place is a great all in one stay... however, just make sure you are ready for some noise. I knew this because it was the second time I was staying here. There is always something to do- comedy shows, live djs, parties, etc all in the hotel, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is very convenient. There even an underground bunker for a late night club night. I always felt very safe, and staff is super friendly.
