Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

High attention to sustainability, diversity, urban culture. Room with all the comforts and amenities although it may look “spartan” at first sight. I was afraid of the noise from the bar in the courtyard but I must say that there was total silence after 10 pm. And the hotel provides free ear plugs in each room! Nice gesture. Excellent location to explore Zagreb. Cool roof terrace bar.

GibraltarA quirky place, but they get everything right. It's clean, the staff are nice and it is very central to the hotspots in Zegreb. It has lively bar areas, so it does cater a bit for the younger crowd, but I stayed a couple of nights and loved it and there was no noise.

Belgiumno joke: the hotel is also a bar/club during the night so don't come if you're sensitive to noise (at least they give you ear plugs) basic breakfast but there are nice coffee spots near the hotel

And I didn't like that the breakfast was served in the same room where were people smoking and drinking the previous night. Also the reception is on the other side of the cafe and then you go back through the cafe to reach the elevator.
I liked the location because it was short visit to Zagreb but I coudn't sleep because of the trams. I could hear them all the night.

MalaysiaOverall, I was satisfied with my stay. The hotel's prime location near key attractions was a plus. However, I was not expecting the club to be part of the hotel, which was a surprise. Additionally, the room's heater could not be adjusted or turned off, leading to excessive warmth. To regulate the temperature, I had to keep the window open.
The hotel enjoys an outstanding location, ideally positioned near popular sites. Yet, it's important to be aware that the hotel includes a club, which becomes quite busy and lively, especially during the late-night hours.

GreeceIt was a bit noisy at night, mainly by the other guests in the corridors at night. There is a cafe-bar which is also noisy but with the windows closed in winter it was OK. In summer I think it will be very annoying. I would recommend it for young travellers.

United StatesThis place is a great all in one stay... however, just make sure you are ready for some noise. I knew this because it was the second time I was staying here. There is always something to do- comedy shows, live djs, parties, etc all in the hotel, as well as breakfast, lunch and dinner, which is very convenient. There even an underground bunker for a late night club night. I always felt very safe, and staff is super friendly.
