Location, friendly staff, comfortable bed, working air conditioning. Upon request, we were checked in earlier than expected. We thank the staff for their loyalty and friendliness. I recommend this hotel.

I stayed in the one bedroom apartment and the door of the bathroom does not close properly. A simple chain lock would keep the door closed because they slide open. It is a room for one person so it’s a minor issue but it can be improved with little investment

Nothing the letting agents can control, but maybe a reminder to guests that they are sharing the space with others. We were in a unit at the entrance and other guests seemed to think it was acceptable to converge there and chat loudly and at length. Strange behaviour but it happened late at night and also in the early morning, by more than one group. Maybe a couple of house rules could be mentioned, saf to think it is necessary.

Quirky little room above a cafe square, wrought iron spiral staircase to access. The cafes are only coffee houses no food, so noise was to a minimum and evenings very quiet. Check in was easy, called in at the letting agents office and were shown to the room from there. The room had space for two suitcases comfortably, the large windowsills acting as ample storage space. TV had Netflix etc, no free to air tv, which worked well for us S we were ready for some vegging out time, especially as it poured rain all one afternoon. Cozy and comfortable stay.

Endless stairs. I had the worst time dragging my luggage to the very top floor via the smallest stairs I’ve seen in my life. If only was I in the lower floor it would be much easier. Also, I didn’t like the shower, which is the rain-shower with only the head mounted on the ceiling making it impossible not to shower your hair, which is quite inconvenient.

Location was perfect, felt very secure. Not even a bit of noise. Very clean, modern.

The room is on 2nd floor and staircase is steep and narrow. It would be nice to have a mini fridge.

The room was set in a cafe neighbourhood next to some old parts of the city. The location is fabulous and great for the water front, cafe's, bars, transport and shopping.

Perfect! The staff were super helpful and kind! Helped us locate the accommodation and answered any of our questions right away. The room was neat and clean. Great location, right in the city centre and everything you need is a short walk away. Definetley will stay here again on my next trip to Rijeka!

I was slighly confused on arrival - reception is in one building, rooms are in a building opposite and in a different building five minutes walk away. The room was very small.

Lots of steps up to our rooms. The window shades did not block all the morning light. We could not access local television stations.
