Not enough parking space

I liked the location a lot.

Door to the room was a bit broken. The whole place is a bit run down. None of the dishes in the buffet had labels, had to guess what I was eating. The availability for wifi was a bit misleading, since it only works in the main buildings.

Receptionist was very friendly and welcoming. Room had a beautiful view to the water and the little walkway along the waterside was lovely. Buffet breakfast was good.

No soap, no bags in the bins, bad accessibility. The old lady at the bar just accept cash. The grocery is overpriced.

Rooms - old furniture, the paint is peeling off. We were in superior rooms - that meant we had old aircondition and Tv. Mini golf not working, water rent equipment not working, playground deteriorated - kids were dissapointed

Location - fantastic, our house was the closest to seaside and beach. It is old complex that has interesting architecture and used to have all required facilities - restaurant, shop, bars, mini golf, table tennis, water games etc. at this one location, but has been deteriorated without refurbishment investment (especially rooms). Stunning views. Lots of smelling greenery (flowers, herbs) Dinner - for just additional 5 eur/pp we had a great dinner with high variety and good quality. Rooms - bathroom had a bath tub. Receptionist - very nice and helpfull, fact check in. There is a small supermarket in the centre of complex. For 1 night it was OK and pleasant.

The hotel has its best years behind it, but the equipment is still the same. Cleanliness is not the best and holes in the couch are the price for a whole large room with a great view.

Hotel in a great location, although completely outside the town. With its own cove and restaurant. I was given a room with a brilliant view on the first line from the sea. That's all I needed.

parking , but this is not because of the hotel. simply, tourists do not follow the rules of parking therefore it is a nightmare sometimes. need to underline that it is not the faut of the hotel or its staff but the undisciplined drivers and the large cars

a lot could have been better but it was a decent priced room with AC, hot/cold water, and close to the beach... so....

The breakfast was more than the typical croissant/coffee fare with several counters serving similar things so there was not a huge pile up. But there were several busses parked outside which meant a lot of people feeling privileged so there were some traffic jams... Street had minimal parking and when I asked about my Moto the lady told me to park on the curb in front since there are cameras (++!!!)

Tasteless food for breakfast & dinner that we tried lots of variety but no taste. My extra bed was filled with dust never cleaned sort.

Changing Euro to Kuna at the reception was only possible after 6pm, the cashier was somewhat unfriendly. Pizzeria was closed. Market was very small without food (no bread). The entry door and the windows are leaky, so it was noisy. There were ants in the room. The tapware was very old (the toilet flushing was interesting) and there was no power outlet in the bathroom. The place had somewhat a "charme" of camping places or so.

The view was very nice. You can see the Krk Bridge on the left, Krk in front and the Rijeka oil raffinery on the right, with an eternal flame.

It's difficult to get there by local buses if you travel by train and don't want to spend money for taxi. No wakeboard rent.

The food and staff were good but the location is not very good for people who travel by train (it is difficult to get there by local bus if you don't want to spend crazy money for taxi). All people were really nice and friendly. It's possible to buy trips to many places that are reachable by boat. There's a shop and also souvenir shop but it's not possible to rent wakeboard for example.

The facility seems not being mantained properly. I had a room with a broken window. The sealing of windows was very poor and there was significant draft during a storm.

There was a beauiful park and I enjoyed the beautiful view. The see was really nice and the shore was clean. The staff was very kind.

This is an old communist style hotel. Tito has been sleeping here. It used to be the hotel for the rich, now for the not so rich like me. I had a wonderful time here. Swimming in the sea within a minute, very friendly and helpful staff, voluptuous breakfast. Great value, don't expect everything to be tip tip, for that you would pay much more.

Potrebno je zaista renoviranje , jer osjecaj je kao da ste se vratili u 1989 godinu 😄 ali i to ima svojih prednosti

Osoblje na recepciji izuzetno ljubazno. Za ovaj tip hotela hrana je odlicna. Pristojno kupatilo, klima je bila ok i soba cista , bili smo u objektu Ciklama
