We booked a V level room for 3 nights with my girlfriend. We got upgraded to a one bedroom apartment with a large balcony and beautiful sea view. The Momenti Restaurant was open for V level guests only. Mr. Azer turned every dinner into a V.I.P. fine dining experience, treating us with fantastic dishes and wine. Even the breakfast was served to table. Many thanks for Mr. Zoran and the restaurant staff and the Concierge ladies for helping me in surprising my girlfriend on her birthday with flowers, prosecco and a birthday cake at dinner. Personal check-in with welcome drinks, airport transfer both ways. Wonderful stay, we will definitely come back.

Beautiful hotel with a great outdoor and indoor pool and spa! Really friendly staff who made our stay very special! It was my husband's birthday when we stayed there and they left champagne for us in the room! 5 min walk to the beach and about 15 minute walk to Lapad where there are lots of bars and restaurants.

The restaurant that had to be pre-booked and also paid for in addition to the half board was very disappointing. The prices of drinks in the hotel were high even non alcoholic beverages, Water being 6euros a bottle

Breakfast had a nice selection of food. Dinner was a bit disappointing in the buffet but my friends vegetarian options were very good. The facitilities were great and staff were very pleasant. Room was always cleaned early in the morning. Pool was easy to get a lounger at, very clean staff constantly cleaning and helping out. Spa was amazing, I got a facial and it was wonderful. Very good hotel and almost like a compound with the other hotels and beaches which made it feel very safe.

Unfortunately there was not much space at the gym for working out on a mat if there were many guests. No bathrobes in the room for the pool and spa area. Pool only opens at 8am in the morning. We found check-out at 10am is a little early, usually it's 11am.

Perfectly located outside the city center and only surrounded by nature and other hotels. It was very clean and had good wifi. Also check-in and -out was super easy, very friendly and helpful staff. Pool and spa area were always very clean. Huge indoor pool, which my mum was very happy about (good water temperature). Great bus connection to Dubrovnik right on the doorstep (+-2 € per bus ride). One more positive thing that definitely needs to be mentioned is the food - DELICIOUS !!! - we absolutely loved the food here (especially a lot of veggie/vegan options)! Regarding the fact that it's "only" a 4* hotel... the food is outstanding and we were really looking forward to taste everything, morning and evening.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like

It was so spacious and comfortable. Had every amenity you could want and the location was perfect. Swimming pool area and access to beach area and beds (FOC) was an added bonus . Room had balcony and beds were extremely comfortable. It was cleaned every day unless we requested otherwise.

It wasn't immediately obvious what facilities we could use. Sometimes we were moved around. Flies in shower in the indoor pool were off-putting.

Staff were friendly, buffet breakfast was excellent with a wide selection. Nice pools, sauna, etc. Outside area to watch sunset, have a drink, etc. Concierge excellent.

It felt a little isolated but it is only a half hour walk to the local town or half hour bus ride to old town. I found the information before arrival a bit confusing with respect to use of facilities as it implied you needed VIP packages for some things and we didn't. Also perhaps as we were there in April, access to things like tennis rental was limited.

Really nice comfortable rooms. Everything was very clean and staff were always available and helpful. The food was incredible at the breakfast and dinner buffets.

The rooms need an update. You can hear absolutely everything your neighbor is doing. Unfortunately we were at the same time that a waterpolo competition was taking place and our corridor was crowded with teenagers full of energy at night, so our kids had not much sleep.

The staff was great. The maco building impressed us, not just the kids were under supervision, but the venues were amazing. An special recognition for the buffets (breakfast and dinner). Really good quality price for the dinner. The 6 years old did not pay, and the other 2 kids paid half menu. Taking into account the prices on Dubrovnik where you can pay more than 3 eur for an expresso, 35eur for a quality buffet (that had olive oild station, herbs and salts station, cheese station and much more) was more than reasonable.

That we couldn't stay longer!!

Everything about our stay was fabulous. It was my birthday during our visit & I was truly spoilt. The staff are so professional and friendly. Great facilities, excellent food and the most wonderful location for the coast and the Old Town (with a regular bus from the door step to central Dubrovnik) We upgraded to V Level service and it was extraordinary-we literally felt like royalty! It's definitely worth the small extra payment. We hope to return again as the hotel was so welcoming and there's such a lot to do and see in and around Dubrovnik. Great hotel, great people, great food, great facilities...and the views!! Thank you for an incredible and memorable stay.

it is a little bit of a distance to old town, which may be of note to some travelers. there are many buses nearby that make it quick to get there. I chose to walk the 45-50minutes to see a bit more of the area, and really enjoyed the walk.

buffet breakfast and dinner had a fabulous selection. the room was huge and very comfortable bed and amenities available. I also used the day spa and other restaurants on site and they were also fantastic.
