Very nice boutique hotel in a peaceful and calm environment but close to Pula, beaches and other leisure content. We got a spacious room and appreciated a homemade excellent breakfast. the restaurant is a big plus with great mediterranean and istrian cuisine. Very good value for money.

The room was very neat, comfortable and spacious. The staff was also very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The swimming pool is great, big enough for the kids to play and for adults to swim in. The meals were exquisite, breakfasts were offering variety of choice, everything was prepared by the chef who is a great cook! A la carte menu was also very tasty, great experience for foodies, but also for the kids! Hotel located very calmly, no noise in the evenings or at night, good location to visit other places in Istria.

Fantastic hotel runned by a family. Rooms are large and clean. The hotel has a nice pool and garden. Breakfast was very nice. everything was fresh and made by the Chef himself. We really enjoyed our short stay.

This is all about some details, pool beds could use some mattresses. As we were there on summer holiday, some places to hang wet towels of swimming gear would have been nice. But still, a place we’d like to return to.

This is one of the hotels which you’d advice to anyone looking for a stay in the region. The hotel is very nice, clean with a big family room and modern. Silent airco at night, and the family room had (for the parents) a huge bed. Very nice swimming pool where we didn’t experience any chlorine, so nice go swim in. Breakfast was great in the morning, with an amazing restaurant (with nice view on the pool). The father is an amazing chef. Location was perfect for us, easy to go to Medulin, Pula or Kamenjak. Or to go and buy some wines.

Food, room, almost all other things was not good for a 4 star hotel.

We booked a room for two adults and our daughter(7) and the total price given here was then altered at checkout due to the fact that we had to pay for the extra bed that was already in the room (as indicated in the pictures). At check-in there was no information given about the extra charge of 50 Euro for the extra bed which was already in the room, even though the site here says "Extra bed upon request". The owner was not willing to compromise more than a "discount" of 50 Euro on this, stating that the extra bed policy here on booking states the extra costs involved. In the end we paid 100 Euro more on a three day visit!!! Furthermore, we noticed a slight infestation of silver fish in the room and some signs of wear and tear.

The structure is beautifully laid out, the rooms are spacious, the pool area and the restaurants portico are perfect for relaxation. The breakfast buffet was well stacked and there was a great variety of freshly prepared items. The waiters in the restaurants were brilliant!
