Pillows are quite uncomfortable, flushing the toilet makes the loudest noise.

We stayed in september so it wasn't crowded. It is great for couples with very small babies as it is quiet, lots of space to push them in the stroller, pine forest all around... Location is pure perfection, clear water, half hour walk from Porec. You can rent bikes on every corner and explore the surrounding area. Food was good, not exceptional but quite good. Rooms are cleaned daily, staff is very kind. For those who are looking for a quiet getaway with loads of space to walk around, to enjoy clear water, and to read in the shade of the trees, away from loud music and night life, this is a place to go.

I did not like to see pizzas in the dinner; I would very much prefer to see a local dish than pizzas!!! I would suggest to try to renovate the rooms. I visited Croatia several times in the eighties of the twentieth century with my parents when I was still a kid and the rooms remind me of that period. Just a few and small changes would be very welcome; for example, to replace the carpets with LVTs, will definitely give a modern look to the rooms.

I liked the location, the quietness (day and night), the closeness of the sea to the rooms, so many and beautiful trees all around. I liked the food because of so many varieties of dishes especially local dishes that I discovered and tasted them with great pleasure. I was disappointed to see pizzas; I would rather preferred and enjoyed another local specialty than to see pizzas. I liked the fact that the staff were almost invisible but very present when needed. No doubt, I will come back for sure. I also liked the pillows when sleeping. They were perfect. I did not feel any pain when waking up in the morning, contrary to other hotels!!

Facilities could be renovated in mofern style. For example, bathroom looks like it was renovated in 1980s.

There isnt a good beach for the small children(not swimmers) age under 5. Because of sea entrance. Few barely good spots.

Old rooms, tapestries, not suitable for business trips, but otherwise it was OK.

The hotel and the staff was wonderfull. It's a little bit outdated, but still fine. There was a lack of electrical sockets (the room only had one), so I had a little bit of a problem while I was working, but my Laptop's battery is stile quite new, so I managed. The room is not suitable for allergy sufferers, because of the floors and linen containing mites, from which my partner suffers, but it was OK for me :)

the food wasn’t good, not enough healthy, fresh food. there was mainly fried food with a lot of carbs. for 4 stars hotel we expected more healthy food with more variety of choices.

the location is very nice, the property has really nice heated outdoor swimming pool and in approximately 1 km you can find rent a bike, tennis courts, mini golf, and other activities.

As many comments say here the facility is a bit old - both in age and style. A soft touch of refurbishment would be a benefit. This however does not stop us from coming here for 5th time in a row.

Big room, but half of it belongs to the corridor, super tiny pillows, beds were pretty hard. Food at dinner was very salted, ice-cream - completely melted. Very mean lady at the reception (the rest of the staff was nice and helpful).

The location is fantastic, in the middle of pine trees park, directly on the beach. Breakfast was good, though sometimes there were no spoons or milk for coffee was finished. Very quiet area.

In our room (0 floor, room with terrace with sea view) in the bathroom sometimes there was an unpleasant smell of sewage.

The territory of the hotel is literally a park with pines, squirrels, seagulls.. awesome! The pebble beaches are clean. At least 2 of them are good for small children. The good selection of varied food at the restaurant, delicious. At dinner drinks are charged extra. There’s also some activity for children, kids club, evening disco.
