The hosts are very helpful and informative. The apartament is spacious, the kitchen is well equiped. It is close to the seepromenade, 30 meters distance from a food store. You can visit easily Dubrovnik on daily tour by boat/bus. Even we visited Kotor/Montenegro on a daily tour by car.

The property was spotlessly clean and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable. Wifi was excellent. We had a slight problem with the shower on our final night and the hosts were very helpful.Handy position for bus to Dubrovnik too. It was definitely good value for money.

Location was a little bit far from the centre but that was only a minor issue. Everything else was excellent

The place was clean and the view was amazing! Great location, with a restaurant nearby and a short walk to the water. I cannot thank the owner enough for he helped us get our car fixed by recommending a good mechanic. Exceptional service! Would definitely stay at this place if I visit again.

Walls are not soundproofed, so it’s easily to hear neighbors talking, watching TV. One night, we were woken up as the couple downstairs was loud having sex. Appartement is located near the airport and by the road, so there is constant traffic noise but we got used to it. Watching the planes was even a fun experience for us as we never saw that many planes landing in such a short time frame.

We stayed in this appartement for two weeks and were surprised how staff took care of our rooms every day just like in hotel. We were staying in the upper floor and there was a big balcony facing the sea and mountains. That was a great way to start a day with breakfast and coffee. Kitchen had most of the facilities we need, bathroom was small but nice, bed was big and comfy. Host was kind and she responded to our messages promptly. There is a short (but steep) 10 min walk to the Cavtat city centre with rocky beaches nearby. Good and affordable restaurant is just 5 min away as well as the groceries store (Studenac). Also, the bus station is 5 min away from where you can go to Dubrovnik every 30 minutes (at least during high season).

Air conditioning unit did not work well. We got lucky with a "bura" wind cooling everything down so that we did not end up needing it, but without that wind it would have been very hot in the apartment.. as if there wasn't AC at all.

Not easy to go by walk to down to the village and back, but bus or taxi is easy to use.

There is nothing not to like. Villa Adria is a short walk from the centre of Cavtat and the beach, but there is a convenience shop a couple of doors along the road from the accommodation..

The owners are exceptionally friendly and helpful. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable with a very well equipped kitchen with a proper oven.

Very clean, comfortable, it has everything a person needs. The market is near the accomodation, beach and center are very, very close by walk. Hosts are very kind and helpful people. Excellent accomodation for normal price. I will come again for sure.

The apartment is super nice and lovely and our host was very friendly and welcoming. Great location near the centre of Cavtat! The apartment is clean and comfortable withe a nice view from the balcony. It's easy to find on the main road with grocery store nearby. Great to have parking on the premises. Only a short walk to the town and supermarket next door and a nearby restaurant. We’ll definitely be back again !!

Walls are not soundproof. So if you are very sensitive to noises, you might need to wait until everyone else is sleeping :)

Location is not far from the centre but because of steep slopes it can be hard in the heat. You need good shoes and good physical condition. Sound isolation is not so good. A washing machine for common use could be great if you stay longer, but can manage without it..

Friendly hosts! A small grocery store is near. Very clean place and good value for money! Host even gave us a bottle of wine as a welcoming gift! And when we accidentally broke a glass, hosts were so kind and understanding and did not want money for that.

A bit of traffic noise during the day when windows were open, but nice and quiet at night. Could hear a bit of noise from the adjacent apartments at times but nothing too disturbing & again quiet at night.

Flat was clean, cosy, quiet & well positioned. The view from the balcony was amazing. Supermarket 50m. away. Steep walk down & up but there is a lovely bakery at the bottom. We are walkers so we had a great time in & around Cavtat. However the highlight of the stay was our hosts. We arrived late & they stayed up to welcome us & settle us in the flat & partly stocking the fridge. On our departure they gave us a free ride to the airport. They were not intrusive but ready to chat & answer any questions. Felt at home so would definitely recommend it. Andrew.
