Even though the staff was superb the fact that our room was on the 4th floor without elevator was burdensome, especially for someone with a heartcondition. But as said that is a fact that comes with the building, and I should have been more careful when reading, or requiring a room from 1st floor.

The hotel was small and cosey, with a very hospitable and nice staff. The small private spot at the beach was great. Everything was clean and in good order.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite for 3 adults, which on arrival proved to be a family room with two beds in one location with a loft. Not an actual description of the place.

Fabulous hotel right on the beach. Large rooms with a beautiful view. The staff were so attentive and friendly. The restaurant staff were particularly knowledgable about the food and wines they served. Fabulous food. The Hotel is in a quiet area of the town and within walking distance of the shops, bars and restaurants along the coastline. In September the weather was changable so didnt use the private beach as fully as we would have liked but it was clear that the beach was kept to a high standard for the guests. Enclosed parking was within easy reach of the hotel. This hotel exceeded our expectations!

This hotel is beyond our expectations. The location and property is perfectly clean, bed is super comfortable, quite area, safe parking place, good food and above all, the hotel staff and Olive Tree restaurant personnel were polite and friendly. A special shout out to Biljana, the hotel manager on duty, she was so kind and friendly and sensitive to our needs. Biljana was replying to my email in due time due to few concerns, and this was very much appreciated. We highly recommend this property and we are coming back.

I would recommend some more variety of dishes for breakfast, but this is really very subjective. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Having spent 10 days in a big hotel in a neighbouring town in 2021, we thought that going to Villa Andrea would be a bit of a downgrade. We were very mistaken - this hotel is an an absolute treasure and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and peaceful holiday in Makarska Riviera. The hotel is located at the southern end of the Tucepi promenade, which ensures total silence throughout the day. The beach is literally 15 meters in front of the hotel, and you are provided with great deck chairs and towels free of charge. Our economy room was on the ground floor (last-minute booking, so no alternatives), but the only element of the higher-end accomodation of the same hotel is was lacking is the balcony. There premises were clean, the staff (Biljena in particular!) were very friendly and helpful. Parking is available for free, but the lot itself is around 100m from the hotel. Also, due to the pedestrian promenade being the only access to the building, you may encounter a car or two on your way to the town center, but those were hardly a problem. Overall this was a more enjoyable experience than a holiday in a town just 1km away the year prior. If you are looking for a quiet stay in a lovely hotel, look no further. If, however, you want the big hotel experience, with gyms, kids activities, variety of on-premise restaurants, you'd be better off elsewhere. We have not tried the Olive Tree restaurant for dinners, as we found more appealing menu alternatives elsewhere in town, but the breakfast served by the same staff is good. Not "fantastic', but a reasonable offering of your eggs, sausages, tomatoes, croissants and coffees.

Those big rocks making it difficult to get in water.

Location and breakfast were excellent. We enjoyed other meals at Olive Tree restaurant. The beach location is excellent as well, however, the beach is somewhat narrow. Also, getting in and out of water is challenging due to the big rocks. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay, service was excellent, staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

When you get there you need to drive on the rise and there's no parking directly at Hotel. The reserved parking area is away up on dirt road.

Amazing Hotel. Great view from the balcony on the 3rd floor. Superb location right on the promenade and the beach. Probably the only private beach in Tucepi with sunbeds, parasols and hotel towels included in the price. We had sunbeds reserved every day - great service. Immaculate cleanliness in the hotel and excellent contact with the reception. Thanks for Anna and Bilena, who do their job with passion, always ready and nice with a smile on their face. Special thanks to Żarko and his son - 20 years old chef at the Olive Tree restaurant. Excellent cuisine in a very modern form and served on amazing, beautiful tableware. Very good wine selection. We ate here every day. We especially recommend Wok octopus, sea bass and tagliatele with sworfish. Villa Andrea is one of those places you don't want to leave. We highly recommend this place.

The toaster in breakfast is super slow! Information in the room about local restaurants and beaches would be helpful.

Superb location - our big balcony looked straight out over the sea, neighbouring islands and a pomegranate tree. Incredibly charming, hardworking staff. They work very long hours but always with a smile. Spotlessly clean - it felt very Covid safe. Quiet. Delicious breakfast. Easy, scenic walk into town along the seafront for restaurants.

The royal suite is badly designed with a fairly small dark bedroom and shower room but enormous sitting room and kitchen and office space. Breakfast was a little on the basic side on quality but not quantity

It doesn't have 4 starts, max 3 starts. Outdated furniture No check in after 20.30pm, as the receptionist finishes at that time. Super early check out (10.30am)

Furniture and decorations are a lit bit old-fashioned, and it could use some modernization. But it is well maintained and clean, so it's not a big problem.

Staff very polite and helpful. Location is right on the beach. Free beach chairs and umbrellas. Great restaurant on the ground floor. Clean room, with nice sea view. Parking 50 meters away, down the road.
