You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

NetherlandsWe had a great stay overall, but the apartment was a little dated and ours need a little bit more attention. They could also benefit from some more utensils in the kitchen. But overall, we had a nice stay :)
Staff were very very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spacious and hot tub was great to use in the evening when our toddler went to bed. Location was great as it's a short walk into town.

FinlandOne recommendation would be to add reading lamps to bedrooms, considering those with difficulties sleeping.
We were traveling with a friend for summer holidays and were looking for an apartment with two bedrooms. It was a nice surprise that we both also had our own bathrooms at Villa Azzurra. We much appreciated that the apartment had a coffee machine for filtered coffee. It was so nice to have breakfast on our apartment’s terrace overlooking the Adriatic Sea. Restaurant Argento is very nice with all the flowers on the terrace, great food, and fast, friendly service. The Jacuzzi was a nice addition to the apartment, although all functionalities were no longer working. We valued a peaceful environment and no party sounds at night. Villa Azzurra is a short walking (climbing uphill) distance to both Bol’s center and the beaches near the Big church and monastery. Overall, we have no hesitation in recommending Villa Azzurra for a relaxing holiday, and we absolutely intend to visit again. Thank you for your hospitality, Villa Azzurra’s staff!

We had an incredible short stay at Villa Azzure in Bol recently. We booked an apartment with a jacuzzi and a huge balcony overlooking the beautiful resort of Bol. It's such a stunning location with incredible views. From the moment we arrived we were truly looked after by Jaga (I hope this is the right spelling?) and her lovely family. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness. We had a gorgeous breakfast every morning in the lovely restaurant overlooking Bol. On our first night we also had dinner and it was fabulous. The tuna steak was amazing. The apartment was huge, very clean and well equipped with comfortable beds, although we definitely needed firmer pillows. All in all a very lovely stay hosted by a family who clearly love what they do. We even had some birthday cake home made by Jaga. Thank you so much. Highly recommended and as firm lovers of Bol on the beautiful island of Brac - we will definitely be back! Thank you.

IrelandThere is a mirrored box above the toilet (water tank?) where we bumped our heads many times when using the shower over the bath and toilet.
We enjoyed the beautiful view from the terrace at Villa Azzurra. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. Katarina and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It’s a short walk down steps into Bol where you can take a water taxi or train to Zlatni Rat beach.

The apartments were fantastic. Lovely and spacious, very clean. The staff were so helpful also. Beach towels given, lovely breakfast at the restaurant attached. There was loads of room for our family of 4.
