The staff were so helpful, welcoming and attentive… The location was good close to the old town and the port. The rooms were clean .. Bathrooms were modern … beds were comfortable . Facilities to make drinks in your room, fridge, TV 10/10

There was no lift, but the very helpful staff did carry our bags up and down the steps. Staff were brilliant.

The staff went above and beyond to assist and help us in every way, especially Marco and Geoff, very polite and professional. This is a quaint hotel, very close to the old town, a real gem. I would recommend and stay here again.

A fantastic stay at this hotel! Impeccable service, excellent restaurant, cozy and clean rooms, and a central location. Very close to the Old Town and the Beach. The days we couldn’t join the breakfast we even got lunch packages. The staff, especially Marko, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. He was the most lovely and helpful host we ever had! :) Marko elevated the quality of our stay, I truly hope we will meet again. If we come back to Split we will stay in Hotel Villa Diana for sure! Highly recommended for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Very handily situated, with a restaurant at the property, which provided a very good breakfast. The staff were great, especially Mark, who gave me an excellent briefing of where to go and was interested in what I thought. I would stay here again.

Liked everything.

We stayed here the first two nights of our visit in Croatia. We hit some travel snags immediately when phone plan didn’t work and I needed a pharmacy for a crucial medication. Bojo and Marco were so kind and helped us get what we needed. The staff took the time to converse with us because we were very curious about day to day life in their country. For such young men, their people skills were excellent. The young men in the restaurant were equally great and greeted us with a smile whenever we arrived back at the hotel. Overall friendly atmosphere that made us feel so welcome. Should also be noted that the hotel was only 2 or 3 blocks from the market and the Palace and harbor. Very convenient. Easy walk for anyone who doesn’t want to drive or taxi.

Villa Diana is a small boutique hotel just 10 minutes walk from the Riva..rooms have a nice Nautical vibe about them and are comfortable albeit small..the staff was helpful in helping us with the bags as there's no elevator...the breakfast was great and the bathroom too.. absolutely clean

The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was excellent. It is in a great location. Close to the old town and all the beautiful places to visit as well as the bus and ferry terminals. We walked everywhere.

I could feel the individual springs in the mattress. Not much in the way of soft cushioning on top. It wasn't so bad I didn't sleep, though.

Hotel is new and very near to the bus station. The room is very clean, with kettle, daily cleaning and quiet. Breakfast is awesome and they are able to prepare your eggs to your liking.

The staff . The staff was wonderful… there where stairs , but all bags where taken up for us , and when we checked out the wonderful staff brought them down for us ❤️ we where given maps and suggested where to go and how to get to the “ touristy “ spots . We had dinner there and breakfast… food was wonderful…
