A toaster would have been nice. An extra frying pan also.... The hair dryer was so small and cheap that it overheated constatly. Having two woman dry their hair took a while.....

The place was fantastic, the view from the top floor was amazing. The hosts asked repeatedly if everything was in order. A lovely stay. We will come back.

Peacefull location, right on the beachfront but quiet. Easy walk to town and ferry. Beautiful view. Great apartment with everything you need. Lovely shower. Friendly owners.

Beach towels and shower body wash would have been helpful. The air conditioner remote didn't work the first night but Simon and his wife fixed it right away in the morning.

Loved the location and the hospitality of Simon. Beds were very comfortable.

The property is in a great location - right on a sea shore. Good place for those who likes relaxing walks on the cost. The host of the property was awesome! Helped us with all requests right away plus offered more than asked.

Host was super friendly and responding quickly. We had minor technical problems which were resolved quickly - host managed to get maintenance personel on Dec 31st to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We loved the location of the villa. It is thoughtfully furnished with all new amenities. It has direct access to the beach, the old village of Bibinje is nearby. There is a nice path which goes by the beach all the way for upto 4 kms with beautiful vistas of the sea. We were very comfortable in the 3 bedroom penthouse with a huge balcony overlooking the sea and the view of the islands across the waters. The owner Sime and his family are very friendly and good helpful hosts. I recommend you to stay in this villa.

Beautiful apartment with everything needed for an amazing holiday in Bibinje, Zadar. Literally on the sea, you can walk straight out and swim in seconds. Incredible views of sea and sunset. Nice garden with lounge chairs amongst the olive trees. Outdoor shower with hot/cold water. Close to shops and restaurants.

The villa was in a beautiful position overlooking the sea . The balcony was superb , and the owner extremely friendly and helpful . He also left us some delicious olive oil and fruit .

Very convenient location by the sea side, with its own beach area and a nice garden, family friendly. Apartment nicely furnished, minimalistic style, kitchen with all appliances and a big fridge, even a small dishwasher and washing machine. Within walking distance to the nearest grocery store. Although the flat has an unfettered sea view, if you are too fussy about having panoramic sea view, ask the owner for other flats in his building.

The owner is the most pleasant person you could expect. He and his son were waiting for our arrival (which happened to be at 1:00 am) with a smile. They helped us with the luggage without being asked. He allowed us to overstay free of charge, as our return flight was in the evening. He also told us about a beautiful spot in the area which we didn’t know. The sunset view there (Vidikovac Kamenjak) was very impressive and the photo below doesn’t do it justice.
