We loved staying here! The attention to detail all to make ones stay more comfortable were amazing! A beautiful balcony right on the Adriatic Sea with a view of the Old Town. Bikes were available which facilitated easy access to the Old Town. The hosts... so lovely, so pleasant, and so excited to share their home and town with us!! Hvala! Hvala!

Everything. From the moment we arrived (me and my dog) to the moment we left, the owner Marco couldn't do anything more. The place is a little dated but it really doesn't matter. The shower was powerful, beds comfortable, mini bar well stocked (paid for). Marco's meeting me on arrival to help me park my car, introduction to the studio apartment, places around to eat and drink etc was second to none. The gardens are also cosy and comfortable. I couldn't ask for anything more and will definitely book when again, when I'm next in Zadar - i hope my review doesn't scupper future availability!!!! One of the best places I've stayed in a very longtime and if I can't book in when i next want to i will be highly disappointed. I would highly recommend.

Great place, clean and nice room with beautiful view. Kind and helpful people. Delicious breakfast in a good price. Marko - a great man who helped us to book our trips, he told us a lot about the city. We highly recommend to visit this place if you want to stay in Zadar. :)

Across a pretty quiet street from the beach. Hotel has beach chairs, mats and umbrellas for use. They also have bikes to borrow. Everyone is happy to help you.

Lovely apartment we only wished we could have stayed longer. Gracious host who went above and beyond. Warm cozy place with everything one could need. Great stay!

Hosts were very accomodating -great information on Zadar snd our plans for Croatia.Access to beach eqiipment snd bikes was a bonus.Fantastic location snd if you are looking at a wind down stay for a few days.

Nothing noteworthy.

It wasn't the apartment we were looking for, but typical hotel room similar to many three-star Parisian hotels. Small room and bathroom, very well equipped. Clean and a great for staying 2-3 days. The hosts were extremely friendly. It was possible to order breakfast. The location was great in the front of the beach and near the tourist centre. Parking was in the yard of the house.

The room was clean and neat when we arrived. Even though it was 34 outside, inside it was quite cool with the AC off. With it on it could easily keep the room around 22 degrees. The beach was in front of the building and the place came with beach stools and parasols. The rooms were quite sound proof. All in all a good spot for the price.

Marco and his family were great hosts and on hand if we needed anything. We were in room Paola which was very comfortable and has a great view across the bay from the balcony. On the first morning we had the breakfast which you can purchase, it was very good but more than we needed so we did our own thing for the rest of the week. The apartment provides sun chairs and umbrellas which you can take to the beach across the road. We hired a car which could be parked outside the apartment.

Acommodation is just amazing. Nice and clean rooms worh everything that you may need (AC, fridge, hairdryer). Next to the sea and beach with amazing view of an old city of Zadar. Host was super friendly and breakfast was great.

no breakfast. Welcome was friendly and informative of the area and where to eat. View was from our terrace across small street from the beach and Zadar town in the background. Wonderful bikes were provided so we could explore the Sunset side of the peninsula. Easily talked to the family that owns the property as they were very engaging. So Peaceful, We Would stay even longer next time

it was steps away from the beach and had a beautiful balcony for great views. the location was perfect and they even had bikes, lounge chairs, umbrellas for us to use during our stay.
