Property was quite close to the busy road and there was some road noise if sitting out on balcony. But we couldn't hear any noise with the doors closed.

Lovely location on the coast and a short taxi ride from Dubrovnik. The host was very welcoming even though we arrived late at night and gave us some good tips for the area. Restaurants were about a 20min walk away along a quiet coastal path. Swimming in the sea was lovely and the view from the balcony was gorgeous!

The WiFi connection was unstable sometimes. Also, it was a bit of a challenge to make a U-turn before parking at the premises when driving from Dubrovnik direction.

The location is in the beautiful place that pictures can't really describe. Also very quiet, close to the beach, local shops and restaurants. The apartment was spacious, clean and had all the furniture and kitchen utensils that we needed. Our host Mariia was very kind and friendly, she told us many stories about this place and advised on many great things to see and to do in the area.

Lovely last minute little stop off on our way to Dubrovnik after climbing the Walls of Ston, late evening dip in the sea to cool off close to the villa, excellent room with sea view balcony which was nice to wake up to, comfy beds, air con, tv, coffee, perfectly working shower/bathroom, free parking, we had delicious food at the Konoba Vala nearby in the evening which is in walking distance

Wifi was a bit spotty and speed a bit limited. Sufficient for browsing, but Netflix was interrupting.

Exceptional view. Clean rooms with everything necessary. Comfortable beds. Wonderful host. Great restaurants with delicious sea food just around the corner.

Excellent location to Uber to Dubrovnik town or conference in the nearby big hotel. Very nice local restaurants only a short walk along the edge of the beach and harbour. Clean comfortable rooms and facilities, friendly owner easy parking and two local shops a short walk. Nice balconies and terrace for sitting out on in the morning and evening sun.

The room was a little on the smaller side. WiFi was intermittent and slow.

Gorgeous view from our bedroom balcony. Host was very gracious, provide us with a lot of tips about visiting Dubrovnik. Completed set of glasses, plates, utensils was nice addition.

Fee also for a small dog. A huge minus was the incredible, literally awfull smell from the bathroom. The smell started in the evening and woked us up at night. Therefore, we spent most of the night sitting on the balcony. We have never experienced such an intense strong smell in our lives. We caught this problem in one assessment from the guest but not form the others. So maybe this is problem only with this one room. In any case, we do not consider it OK to accommodate guests in such conditions.

Nice room, nice bathroom, nice view, great sea very close. Although is near the road, but at night the road is less busy and the closed windows reduce the noise perfectly. Parking. Our small dog was welcomed.

The views, comfort and how much you could relax in the room. The balcony is great to chill and you have the sea 1 min away with a wonderful path and several beaches not far away. Also great to go to Dubrovnik by car

Marija is amazing host. She has provided us with all necessary information to get around the area. The view is fantastic, the room is new and clean. Location is perfect, and very well connected to the town and places around, both by car and local buses.
