The distance to the parking was a kind of challenging due to the amount of luggage we had.

The roof terrace, including a little pool, was fabulous. The distance to the sea just a few meters.

The view from our balcony on the first floor was slightly obstructed by the roof of the outdoor restaurant on the ground floor. The view is better from the second floor. The provision of a kettle and coffee was fanatastic but it would have been easier to use if there had been a small table. We had to put the kettle on the floor to access the plug.

A beautiful place to stay but the real gem was the rooftop terrace with a giant jacuzzi/tiny pool with views across the Adriatic. We stayed in the suite and the decor was to the highest of standards and the manager was very friendly and helpful. The position was perfect on the seafront with lots of bars and restaurants within a stone's throw. Although we were in the centre of everything the room was very quiet with good double-glazed windows.

During our first night there was loud music from bar in the same street - it was difficult to sleep without earplugs (we had windows closed).

Location was perfect - the very best place in Makarska. Room was beautiful with big bed and luxurious bathroom. Rooftop was our favourite: you could watch the sunset or enjoy your own peace, listening the waves. Anja was a super hostess: she answered all our questions immediately and was allways ready to help :) If we are coming back to Makarska, this hotel is our choice!

We had an absolutely wonderful vacation in Makarska. Our apartment was perfectly situated right by the beach, offering breathtaking views from the balcony and fantastic amenities. However, what truly made our vacation unforgettable was our exceptional host, Anja. She was incredibly responsive and went out of her way to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Nothing - it was perfect

This place is perfect! The location is perfect, right on the beach and next to shops and restaurants. You have everything you need within walking distance. The beach is lovely with very clear water. The pool on the terrace is perfect for watching sunset and we had it to ourselves which felt like a private pool. Room was huge with two sinks and a lovely shower, big tv and comfortable bed. It is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop which is very handy. We will definitely visit again

Unfortunately the restaurant was under construction when we where there. Right next door on the same street is a bar with loud music (we are a young couple and still thought it was loud).

We have no complaints. The restaurant wasn’t open during our stay but there are several restaurants just a few meters away that offers breakfast, lunch and dinner so that wasn’t a problem at all.

We had a fantastic stay at Villa Jadranka. It’s a small hotel with just a few rooms so the rooftop terrace feels very private and the service is personal. The room was very nice with luxurious interior and a big balcony with sea view. The rooftop terrace with the pool had an amazing view over the sea and offered a perfect spot to cool down and just chill. The location was perfect, right at the sea and the beach walk and with a close walking distance to the harbour and the city centre. Last, but not least, Anja offered great service and always gave us that little extra and made our stay even better!

Be aware that there is no elevator. I forgot about that, and I have a baby and buggy to carry upstairs. I noticed that this time they did less cleaning and there were no bathroon articles such a shampoo. I remembered they used to have it. But I don't care about it that much and I had a pleasant stay.

The location was very nice, in front of the beach. It is possible to rent sunbeds on the beach right from the people from the restaurant downstairs. Room was very clean, big, air conditioning, balcony, everything was very enjoyable and gave a sense of quality. Staff super friendly and helpful even at later hours (we sometimes messaged her after 10 pm :D) Parking is at the nearby hotel Meteor, secured with barrier, but open air. It did get very crowded and there's no designated parking spot for the villa, you just park where you find space in the parking lot. You can also park at the villa (two cars would fit) but the street that gets you to the villa has restricted access, you can only use it between 11 pm and 9 am, because it gets closed during the day. There's also a small rooftop swimming pool and terrace with sunbeds open 24h. Very nice stay overall, would recommend.

Location, location, location - you are on the beachfront, all the restaurants, the caffes, the beach in just a few yards. The view of the sea and the mountain is unbeatable.

It is directly next to the promenade, so it’s a bit louder in the evening, but it is quiet at midnight, so still 10 stars and we highly recommend a stay

Location can’t be better. Boutique hotel which is always my preference in comparison to huge resorts. Breakfast area is basically at the beach. Ante was extremely useful and easy & flexible with communication about check-in/out. Would never stay at any other place then here when in Makarska. Highly recommended!!

The only downside was staying there only one night on a drive from Zadar to Dubrovnik. We loved every second of it and definitely need to came back for longer time

The sundeck at the roof is the best! You can go down to the beach to have a swim, leave the crowds od turist there and retur back to the privacy of your sunbed on the roof and look at the sea below. Room decor was gorgeous, breakfast was delicious. The parking lot is just a short walk from the property, Ante the manager met us there so everything was easy to find plus he recomended great place for diner and offers to make reservation.

fridge was incredibly small, no coffee nor tea nor water supplied even on arrival, extortionately expensive when considering the lack of facilities, the beach area was a nightmare on Elm Street, steps to rooms very steep, shocking lack of personnel on site, you have to put your own cushions and supports out at top of building, no one ever there to help. Extremely loud night club till 2 am next door every night but one. Too little bedding supplied. The picture you display is fraudulent, no one puts out the cushions and the plunge pool has algae and gives the impression of a very large terrace which it isn't.

Spacious clean room, large bed, central location, nice gesture on birthday much appreciated. top floor great views of ocean if you ignore the massive roof of the cafe.

The rooms are nice and big but it is very expensive compared to what you get for the money. There is no breakfast available (the pictures of delicious breakfast on Booking.com should be deleted - it is nowhere near) and no kitchen facilities. It is centrally located, but this also means that there is a lot of noise in the evening/night. There is a bar nearby that plays very loud music for approx. at 2 in the morning. The beds are very hard - maybe it's a matter of taste...

Big rooms and very clean. Nice pool - but too small if you have kids. Nice and quiet pool area with a fantastic view.
