Rude ruzzian on reception who assumes everyone must speak his language. Almost everything in the room is in poor condition, bearable for 1-2 nights, for longer stay better to search for something else.

Some hassle about checking in and meeting the host although plenty of communication but he seems to be too busy all the time. The facilities are OK but the bathroom was smelly.

The only thing less good was the shower itself. There was warm water but the shower itself was not that handy to use.

The soundproofing of the whole building is very bad. You can hear people in the next room like they are next to you. This could be a big problem for people with sleeping disabilities.

The room was clean but lacks style and estethic. It's adequate if you only plan to sleep over for a night or two.

The room was a part of another apartment, they just closed a door. We heard everything from the other apartment, and they heard everything from us. It was really uncomfortable. The room was supertiny. We took our dog with us, so in this tiny room, we had literally no spacey Also the bedsheets were torn, we literally had no blanket.

I can deal with it being advertised as having a seaview despite the fact that you had to walk a few meters outside of the room to see the sea, that's not the end of the world. But a moldy bathroom? Not that hard to fix, just give it a good clean.

Some of the equipment and furniture seemed really old and there was an obvious lack of polish in some areas. For example, some of the drawers in the kitchen were being blocked by piping and wouldn't open all the way. I would also prefer a shower as opposed to a tub but that's just my personal preference.

The host was very friendly and helpful. She also didn't mind us arriving quite late. The room had a small kitchen along with a decent set of utensils so we had everything we needed. It was also just a couple of steps away from the beach.

First of all, even though we got a "bigger" room, we didn't get the room we booked. To us that was kind of unprofessional because they didn't clean our booked room in time. The room we did get in the end wasn't clean and it smelled bad. The floor was dirty, the kitchen too and we got really dirty glasses just standing there in the bathroom. We said the room is full of flora and fauna because it was full of flying ants, normal ants and of course, some dried flowers with dirt on the floor. I poked myself on a piece of broken tiles. Why? They covered the broken tiles with a very thin carpet or something like that. I was walking barefoot and wanted to check myself out in the mirror. As I was walking I could feel something poking my feet. I immediately raised the carpet and found broken tiles. I'm sorry I didn't take a picture.

Slow internet connection. The bed was practically falling apart it was good that I didn't travel with my girlfriend because I think we would brake it. Light in bathroom is connected to a noisy fan so you are waking up your roommates when you need to use the bathroom at night.

It is very close to the beach. 150m in description is accurate.

Everything was cool, the place is the closest building to the sea. Josip is very friendly and helpful. Place is clean, calm and quiet. Room is not big, but tv, A/C is included in all studios. For the price it is perfect. Old town is extremely close, with several cosy and traditional restaurants and pubs. Anka Studio is highly recommended!!!

We were only here one day, and it was perfect for us. The beautiful beach is just below the garden, and the old village is almost starting at the next street. Vrbnik is one of the hidden gems of the Croatian coastline, a must-see location! We had a large terrace which far perfect for having breakfast, or just watch the sea and the mediterranean vegetation.
