First of all; Great hospitality! Lovely family business. Each and every corner of the hotel been touched with great taste. Ultra-clean and you feel yourself in a lavender field.

AC in the "room 6" was not great, turning blowing on the max speed didn't work, only medium and low was working. AC is on the ground, not on the wall, it will never be able to cool the room down as the wall AC could. There is also a ventilator in the room as an extra. This did not influence our sleeping here, we could sleep at night, so it is not a big deal. Also mattress is too hard for my liking, but again, i had no problems sleeping. Bed has metal frame, i am 1,84m tall and my legs were touching the frame, someone taller could have more problems.

We had an amazing stay at Villa Claudia, cleanest place ever, you literally cant find a spot that wasn't clean. Room was spacious, there is even a big balcony. Owner is a really cool guy who takes great care of this Villa. Special thanks goes to Divna, with whom we had great chat every day, super friendly and kind woman, we will remember this place for her.

The only small issue we had was that it was not clear to me that we had to pay in cash as the site does not explicitly say so. I am glad that I spoke to the staff member the night before we left so we could settle everything in cash (I had to go to the nearby ATM machine, but that was not a problem). It was just a surprise to me.

This property is in a very small village called Fazana, Croatia which in my opinion is so much nicer than staying in Pula. The apartment was very close to the coast and was in a perfect location. There is food, wine, souvenir shops and such within a short walking distance. This property is very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was last renovated years ago, however we thought it is as fresh as half-year. This is result of daily cleaning, continuous restoration and well-engineered air ventilation.

Amazing location, right in the centre of town and near the beach. The room was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. It was great to have the kitchen to use for breakfast.

There isn't frequent public transportation from Fazana to Pula or other areas, so would recommend budgeting for taxis or renting a car to visit other beaches and places.

Great location, 2 mins walk from the beach. Cafes and restaurants on the doorstep, and a short walk to a small supermarket as well as pharmacy, fruit stall etc. It's about half-way between Pula and Rovinj so it's good for visiting both places. Clean, comfortable room and friendly staff. Very cute decor.

The top floor room has high ceilings which are nice but capture a lot of heat. They are very strict with the air conditioning - you must be in the room with your key in the slot for it to run. The unit was too small. If you like to sleep cool, you will find it hot in July or August. Adding a fan would make a huge difference.

The location, the charm, and the balcony. Charming music at night and food all around. Walk to beautiful beaches. Travel into pula or travel to Rovijn. My heart is in Fazana.

Serious Hazard in room : Our room on the first floor was built partially underneath a staircase, so the airspace on one side of the bed was partially occupied by a big triangular bulkhead (basically the underside of the staircase). You have to bend down to avoid knocking your head on it to get in and out of that side of the bed. It's easy to NOT see it because it's painted white like all the other walls and ceiling. We bashed our heads a number of times on this bulkhead, despite knowing it was there, especially the first day and night. The room should have been designed differently to avoid this hazard, but now something should be done to make the bulkhead stand out more visually, as you could literally get a concussion from this.

Excellent location in the old town, close to everything. We bought takeaway dinners and it was very pleasant to eat out in the courtyard. Staff and owner very pleasant and accommodating.
