This apartment is great! Fully furnished! We were in 2, but it has 2 double bedroom, one big living room, one toilet and one super nice terrace with great view. Super cleaned. Parking free outside. First beach is 5 min walking! A bit out of the city but i really suggest to go here!

Limited bus connections to Pula/surroundings, especially at night. After 18.30 the closest bus stop is a 20-minute walk away, along the main road without lights or sidewalk.

Very amiable host. Close to beaches, a few restaurants as well as a small supermarket.

A wonderful host that gave us some hints on what to do and see. Great location in a walking proximity of a nice beach. Not far from downtown Pula. Amazing big covered terrace allowed relaxing evenings with a view of the sea in the distance. Parking in front of the building.

only thing: the external part of air conditioning is located on the studio apartment's terrace, so when another apartment in the house uses it, you can hear it all night; it's that loud industrial sound but i got used to it the second night so no big deal, otherwise the surroundings were quiet for a good night

unexpectedly big terrace, comfortable bed, I had a good sleep, many pillows, many towels, host was very professional and explained everything quickly

Unfortunately, around seven / eight in the morning there were children talking loudly on the stairs. The echo was annoying, but we fell asleep again

We loved the proximity to the sea, the kitchen in the apartment and the fact that there was a market nearby. Lovely!

Susana the host was very friendly and informative right from picking us up a the airport and the apartment was a great size with a comfy bed and very generously sized balcony, had all the utensils to cook our own food (no oven just a hob) and in a great location

Just perfect

Luxurious place, perfectly equipped, beautiful view from the terrace, comfortable, quiet neighbourhood, just a few minutes from the beach. All you need is nearby, including minimarket, restaurants, bakery, café. We enjoyed the stay with two children (5 and 7) very much.

There was a sewage smell in our bathroom, which we understand to be a communal problem and perhaps not specific to this apartment block, but we didn't notice it in other places where we were. To avoid this becoming an issue in the rest of the apartment we kept the bathroom door closed and dried to cover the drain in the bathroom as best we could. We also needed to ask for some additional cleaning in the apartment as the floors had quite a bit of hair on them and under the beds also needed a good cleaning.

A friendly a welcoming host who was kindly available relatively late at night to greet us after a delayed flight. The apartments are well located just a few minutes walk from shops and the beach. Our 2 bedroom apartment was well appointed and the kitchen had most things that we needed for our 1 week stay. There is ample parking at the front, so if you hire a car you can park directly on site, which is a bonus.

Very little - it was fine.

Pleasant apartment. Clean and has what you need. Small family beach a short walk. Inflatable play for kids and can rent SUP's, kayaks & boats. 2 or 3 restaurants and 1 small supermarket nearby. Fine for a few days.

Unfortunately, the room and bathroom were not perfectly clean. The owner (hostess) is artificially polite, and at times intrusive and uncultured, she is not a guest with an artificial, forced smile. From the arrival, the warning that she has dogs, you have to lock the door, the gate, because the dogs can run away. When I left with my luggage, I left the door ajar so as not to have to open it again, I came back and it was already closed. Over and over again. Moreover, the owner said that it would be best if the hot water boiler will be turned off, because heating costs a lot. Owner's dogs barking at everything that moves, 24/7. On the day of departure, at after 8 o'clock, she reminded us that the room should be vacated at EXACTLY at 11.00. EXACTLY. She said it very rude and malicious. Then at 10.00 am she asked if we had already left the room. And at 10.40 she came again - as if to say goodbye, because she was leaving - and asked if the room was already available. We didn't have to wait long, at 10.59 it turned out that she did not go to the meeting at all, but came to our room to ask again if it is free. BTW - this villa is for sale, which is announced by a large banner above the entrance. Beware the villa is not in Pula at all - this is a scam. The villa is situated in Pjescana Uvala, next to Pula.

Dirty. The floor was not cleaned after previous guests. Black hair was everywhere. The cabinets in kitchen were sticky. It didn't change the situation when after our intervention, the owner have cleaned the kitchen, while the rest stayed untouched. I had to clean it myself. Small cooking space, nowhere to put wet dishes
