The bed was squeaky and the mattress was on the harder side for my liking.

The owner is friendly and very responsive and is also interested in problem solving when problems occur.

The kitchen was there but missing the essentials like a coffee maker, a dish towel, bowls or even something as basic as scissors, so we had breakfast from cups instead instead of bowls. :/ The door keys was really bad to use and demanded a lot of patience (apartment 3).

Location was great and it included parking so we could easily walk into the old town. Contact was very friendly and responsive.

Good value for the money. It was 15min walking distance from the town. The room was clean. There was a private parking available in front.

Nice villa and garden. Clean and comfortable. Location is good, just walking distance to beach, old town and mall. Very friendly and helpful owner who gave also good local tips.

Hot water ran out very quickly. No washing machine, no hair dryer in room. Initially was weary about the location right next to the hospital and on a busy road, but ended up being okay.

Close to the old town and very picturesque villa with pretty terraces. Free parking and secure rooms. Kitchen was exceptionally equipped with coffee maker, microwave, fridge and good sized freezer.

Check in was confusing. I’d emailed to say what time I’d check in but no one was there when I arrived. No one answered the buzzer on the gate and it took 5 phone calls before I got to speak to someone. However, when someone eventually arrived, they were very friendly and helpful. Located on a busy road and next to a hospital.

The apartment was nice and in a small gated area so felt safe. It was very clean.

The wifi is different depending on which room you’re in, if your close to the hospital you won’t get any connection which can be rough for tourists.

Easy access to room, comfy bed, nice cool AC, amazing. Staff, Igor & Desa are a great combo.

Villa Maggie is an easy walk from the old town and our host gave some great recommendations for bars, restaurants and excursions. The facilities are small but perfect for a short overnight stay. 😊

The apartment that I got could be bigger, there was not much space for luggage. For us was not a big issue, we only stay 1 night.

very clean and cosy. the car park is right next to the apartment. beach and old town are 10 minutes walk. The communication with Desa and Igor was smooth and fast.

Small but comfy appartment in a central part of Zadar, close to all amenities. Close to Kolovare Beach and Zadar Old Town. Hosts are very helpful and informed me about anything local I needed to know.

there’s no sun in the room all day, that means it was really cold (but thank God there’s a/c in the room that can be used as a heating too) just one small bin in a room room is really small no wardrobe in a room may be difficult to park the car due to availability but we did not have issues with that
