Everything is clean. When we came and saw apartment, we knew right away that Anita is really good host and true professional in this business. All recommendations for people with family, expecially for large families because the apartment is very comfortable.

Quite a steep hill walk up from Cavtat main town. On flightpath to airport.

Beautiful apartment with very spacious lounge and bedroom facilities and well appointed galley kitchen. Welcome drinks pack provided. Small outside terrace with sea view. Supermarket, small restaurant and bus stop within 5 minutes walk. Handy for Dubrovnik airport - 15/20 Euro taxi.

Location is perfect - close to the main road! The apartment is very clean and has a good view of the sea. The kitchen is very well equipped - you can find everything you need. Highly recommended apartment!

Being so close to the road, you do hear cars going by late at night (especially with windows opened) — but only when in the living/dining/kitchen area, as the bedroom doesn’t face the street. Hot water was great, but not plentiful. Leaving the parking is a little scary, since you immediately back out onto the main road as it curves just before the apartment. As convenient it was to get the key, we would have preferred some actual contact with the host (even just to get or return the key.)

Great location, so easy to get to/from the airport. Spacious, with a beautiful (partial) water view. Very well supplied — not just with the usual kitchen equipment and utensils, but even with some cooking staples and condiments (which we took advantage of.)

Hills

Cavtat has several beaches, the sandy beaches as well. The town is historic-meditarian looking, with long walking pathes along the seaside. You'll find many cozy restaurants, bars and cafe there.

Very spacious apartment with everything you would need for a self catering break. Anita was extremely helpful and arranged airport transfers for us. We arrived early morning and was able to leave our luggage with her until our apartment was ready. Cavtat is such a beautiful place to stay we will definitely be back

No airconditioning in the bedroom, but there was in the dining room and living room area,s

Nice big appartment, our room had a lovely balcony, with great views of the bay. Location : only a 10 min walk in to the old town, ( down a steep hill )where you had decent choice of bars and restaurants. Didnt see the host during our stay, but she always responded straight away to any messages that i sent to her.

On edge of town, which was OK going to beach and the old town but a steep climb back with lots of steps.

The apartment was ideal had everything you could wish for with the bonus of lovely views.

We had a lovely week in Cavtat, we stayed in 2bedroom with balcony. Anita was very helpful during our stay. Late check in late check out . Big spacious apartment . Good location. Very close to airport and Dubrovnik.

There wasn't anything I didn't like. I've had the perfect holiday!

I liked the location of the apartments. Amazing views and Anita was super responsive and nothing was too much trouble. There was everything you needed in the accomodation and it was very clean! Mici the little kitten was a cutie. Also upon arrival we had some goodies left for us which was super thoughtful so thank you ❤️

What a lovely well presented and clean apartment in the harbour town of Cavtat! My girlfriend and I couldn't have been happier with the apartment we stayed in during our stay in Cavtat. It was beautifully decorated and well stocked! Anita, our host, was very helpful and attentive and gave us a great recommendation for some local cuisine away from the plethora of pizza, burger and pasta restaurants Cavtat has accumulated! We were even able to store our bags on check out day and allowed a slightly later check out time which was very helpful and convenient for our final day! Thank you Anita and Villa Nick!

The place is clean and well equipped. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We stayed at the place one night before our early flight. This place will be ideal for longer family stays if you want to explore Croatia.

Support system holding up shower head was broken, washing machine in need of cleaning. Clothes line was small (but they gave me access to the proprietary s line).

Big appartment, lots of room, air conditioning, patio with clothes line, washing machine. Friendly staff, extra towels and refreshments on arrival. Just up the road to central Cavtat.

Apartment is very clean and very spacious. Its a little old fashioned and basic, but does the job. Is on edge of busy main road and a good walk down to Cavtat. But l would recommend due to size and cleanliness. Owner very quick to get back to queries.

the washing machine did not work properly. A few items in my load got ruined

the apartment was so spacious and well maintained. the view and location was perfect. Cavtat is an amazing town just outside of dubrovnik.
