Stunning accommodation and facilities. We stayed here for our honeymoon and they treated us and provided complimentary Prosecco and dessert on our first night. The views and infinity pool was a real selling point! Very clean and maintained the room throughout the day for us.

As with many places where outdoor seating and patios are part of the attraction, cigarette smoke always seems to linger nearby. Disappointing, but this is pervasive in all hotels and restaurants, and definitely not specific to this hotel.

The small size, ambience, views, privacy, location, and the excellent staff combined to make this a wonderful hotel to stay in in Dubrovnik. The hotel grounds are beautiful and the beds are Very comfortable. Breakfast is OutStanding!

The property is about a 20 minute walk from the old Dubrovnik. We walked it once and then relied on Uber to get around. The only issue we had is the hotel has some plumbing issues that can cause unpleasant odors at times.

The Villa has a beautiful view of the Adriatic from many locations on the property. They have an excellent Michillean recommended restaurant with superb wait staff. Front desk staff were always friendly and willing to help us when needed.

Great location within walking distance of the Old Town. Lovely views of the ocean. Exceptional, friendly service from the start to the finish of our four night stay.

The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Hotel was really beautiful, very boutique style and relaxing. Pool areas lovely, breakfast was the star of the show each morning, simply lovely. Views were amazing, rooms had a lovely design and was a relatively short walk into the old town.

The location is breathtaking. The views are second to none. It’s far a enough from the center where it nice and quiet. A little walk but you can always Uber for 5 Euros. Room with balcony was spacious and comfortable. Restaurant was excellent and breakfast also. Would comeback again on our next trip. Also if you rent a car from Sixt the drop off right across the street. The staff are also a 10/10 extremely friendly and accommodating.

It’s very hard to say anything as it’s all wonderful, however we did notice on our return this year to the same family room the carpets and curtains were marked and needed either renewing or cleaning ( but we were the last guests of the season) This may have something todo with the fabulous complementary bottle of red wine they provide as this was the colour of the stains on the carpet and curtains.

It a great location with both a beach on one side and ocean platform on the other which is great for swimming, diving and snorkelling. The hotel is small and extremely personal with beautiful extremely clean comfortable rooms. The breakfast is amazing and is a huge positive factor, when returning to the hotel. The staff are so happy and can’t do enough for you and always help in anyway they can.

The bed was a little firm for my taste, but that was most of the places we stayed in Croatia. It also would’ve been really nice if they had a free shuttle to take guests to/from old town. However the walk wasn’t bad and an Uber was relatively cheap.

Beautiful property with a beautiful view! Breakfast was wonderful and the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The room was very clean and the provided toiletries (body wash/shampoo/conditioner) were actually really nice! Also loved the complimentary bottle of wine and the little treats left on our bed every night. It’s about a 20 minute walk from Old Town or a £5-6 Uber.

Our stay at Villa Orabelle was faultless. our suite was beautiful and the staff were super nice. we stayed three nights and every morning we were thrilled with the breakfast. Fabulous food each day. We will definitely return to this hotel. It is one of the nicest boutique hotels we have ever stayed in.

The room (a superior sea view room) has an incredible view but I thought it might have been a little bigger.

Overall the stay a Villa Orabelle was wonderful. the staff were really helpful from start to finish, recommending and booking restaurants and excursions, helping with late check out and being super attentive and quick with room service. The hotel itself is really beautiful, the setting and outside areas are all immaculate. Food was very good and breakfast was wonderful. It was a short walk down to the old town and right next to a glorious bay for swimming.

Well... it's expensive. Compared to other places in Dubrovnik it's still worth it. Would always go again - as a family or couple.

One of the best small hotels I've ever been to: Magnificent sea views, great location (walking distance to Dubrovnik Old Town; above Bellvue Beach), superb food, free wine/water/ev charging and some sweets in the evening, incredibly friendly & helpful staff (they even prepared a list of great restaurant options outside the hotel - well, we didn't need it, but still nice!), very attentive on children's needs. Just a perfect experience. Thanks for that wonderful time.

The staff we very welcoming and accommodating. The facilities were high class, clean and the rooms were lovely and spacious with amazing views. Loved the sun daybeds outside the room! Walkable distance to the Old City.
