Everything is perfect! I highly recommand this place! Beach is closeby, owners are so friendly and helpful, apartment is sparkling clean, fully equiped, terrace is beautiful and big, nice view, apartment is "bug-free" :D Comfortable bed, air conditioning, big bathroom, cozy couch.. The best apartment ever!

Very thin wall between two studio apartments so even the normal conversation can be heard. Only small amount of sugar, salt and pepper in the kitchen. Coffee, tea, oil and vinegar would be nice to have. So, if you plan to cook, bring your own supplies.

Great location. Almost at the end of the dead end street, so very calm and quiet. Green and clean environment. Studio apartment is sweet, with quite large terrace for this size of acomodation and even it's on the ground floor just by the street there is a small fence just enough to keep your privacy. Very clean and very well equiped.

Unfortunately we did not feel very welcome at all. When we arrived there was only a short "hello" and "i don't think we will see us again, but i think you should have everything". I'm not sure if the man who welcomed us was the host the people were writing about in all the other comments on booking.com, since it was very different. We tryed not to bother about it much, but on one day we got around the corner to the small garden which seemed to belong to the building and were almost kicked out, that this is "privat and not for our use". This was rather rude and so we did not try to communicate to the host any further - and indeed, we didn't see him after this little "talk". We don't bother if hosts don't want to talk to all the guests all the time, but this communication was just bad and put a little "cloud" on our stay there. Such a pity...

the apartment ist quite good equiped, even though we were missing some things (some more plates, another garbage bag or more toilet paper...). The area is very quite and our dog was no problem - but costs 7€ per day which is overpriced in my opinion. The best is the short way to the sea, only 5min walk and you are nearly alone there! It's not really a beach since there are lots of rocks but we enjoyed it anyway and were very happy to have some calm and relaxing days.

The accommodation simply doesn't reflect the description and the owners are perfectly aware of it. It is a studio apartment, which you can never guess by just looking at photos or reading the description. There is no kitchen or bedroom, since everything is in one room, the kitchen elements are basically right next to the bed. We obviously warned the owner about this at the moment of our arrival, just to be told that ''studio apartment'' is mentioned somewhere in the description, which turned out to be untrue. The owner later backtracked on this, and said it's the booking fault because they aren't allowing the description to be changed. Which doesn't explain the photos which are deliberately posted in a way that you would never guess there is only one room.

The studio aparment has a nice sea view, the nearest beach is pretty close, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is spacy.

Guy who is responsible for the guests, when we came he said that we are to early, and we were on the location 15min earlier, instead that he said "Welcome" he send us to a city to wait for the cleaning. Also he send us on the "beach" or more like Rocky mountains just around the corner.

Apartman is modern, nice big balcony. Nice and quit street. Great view.

1. This apartment is not at all child-friendly! Upon leaving the host made sure to inform us that it is absolutely irresponsible of us to travel with such small kids (who's ages were clearly on the booking). Children are also not treated as people: no towels for them, no chairs, no high-chair in sight.... 2. Be cautious of the facilities you book - between all apartments all the listed facilities may be present, but in every single one only a fraction is: we didn't have a dishwasher, washing machine, or microwave, while the tiny second apartment we booked had at least the washing machine! 3. The downstairs apartments are very small and the one we had (1) didn't even have a window that could be opened. 4. Toiletries were searched in vain and cleaning supplies means you get a small dish-towel and a mini-broom. Since the apartment has a serious ant-problem it would have been nice to have something to properly clean the floors once in a while. 5. Just the 30min it took us to unpack was enough for my kids to get filthier from the floors in the apartment than they managed to at the airport.... 6. There is no up-front explanation of the trash situation: you have to separate by yourself (only one trash can is given) into paper, glass, and plastic. There is no solution for regular trash (like diapers) - we were instructed to just dump those in the woods basically :( There are public trash collections on the island but you need to get a card for the regular trash and by the time we realized that the office was closed.

The Location is overall very nice and quiet - in reality without a car or a bike it's not possible to reach any stores, restaurants, or the nicer beaches though. The decoration is very minimal, which is good for traveling with kids as there is less you need to hide from them.

In the add you have 3 rooms to pick from. On arrival we were given a key for a room ( I say room and not apartment because it was a small room with a kitchen and toilet ) that wasn't advertised at all and the owner tried to convince us that that's the one we picked. Suspiciously having the order already open on he's phone like he knew were we not agree with the room. I have screen shot on the day we arrived that room were forced to stay was not on your site. Basically if we picked the "cheaper" room on offer we would have gotten a better one then what we goth. In total the Villa has 4 apartments and the one we booked and paid for going by the advertisement provided by your site is the one the owner and he's family staid in. If I wanted to be in a small studio I would have picked a different location and paid way less. We were given a option not to take it but no money return was guaranteed so we had to stay. The cleanliness wasn't the best, ( first glance it looked clean ) however once looking closer I had to scrub the shower my first day that was full with mold. The owner maybe seems nice to outside tourist but for us born in Croatia we can see trough the fake smiles. When we complained it's not the room we paid for he didn't stop for 10 min complaining about " Booking.com" how it's your fault. He said :" I'm just doing this for my daughter if it was up to me i wouldn't' even rent this. You guys don't realize how much this all cost, all the fees and permits. Also Booking. com take so much money from me in the end I gate paid almost nothing." etc. We didn't have any WiFi the whole stay and were given million reasons why that is. End of the day I really don't care I want what I paid for. Also after staying there for 5 days he broth us fresh towels like it's a bonus or something.

The villa has a amazing view. We were not disturbed by the owner or other guest as we really like our privacy that was a bonus.
