We loved everything, but, be aware that as the location is SO central you are close to a Nightclub. Light sleepers might want to pack earplugs to ensure a restful sleep.

Fabulous property, 100m from the taxi/airport shuttle bus drop off. Our host was out looking for us to make sure we had no difficulty finding the property. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The bed (a King size) was very comfortable. The shared communal terrace is large and well equipped with stunning views and our apartment also had the benefit of its own private terrace. The hosts were kind, helpful and spoke excellent English. The walk in shower was powerful, plenty of clean towels and also tea and coffee provided which was very nice. We didn't cook, as there are so many nice places to eat nearby, however the kitchenette including a fridge meant we could easily have done so. The location of this property is hard to overstate, it is right by Ploce Gate. Wifi was great. The hosts have thought of everything and are very approachable so if you needed anything you felt confident they would accommodate if possible..

Saturday night was a little bit noisy with late night traffic and nightclub music, but after all the accommodation was right the middle of the central part of the historical city.

We were greeted by the two hosts at a the agreed time. We received invaluable information about our two day visits in Dubrovnik. We really appreciated that. Definitely recommend this beautfully situated apartment, overlooking the historic ‘Old town wall’ of Dubrovnik. Walking distance to all sights. Would love to visit again.

The room was smaller than I expected & windows high up so no view and a little dark. Very clean and well appointed with all the extras needed. Host was very helpful and accommodating.

Loved the rooftop patio and the location was exceptional, right across the street from the Ploce gate to the old town.

The location was across the street from the Ploce Gate. Restaurants and bakeries close by. Very easy walk to the Cable Car. The apartment was roomy and clean - comfortable furniture.

The location was absolutely perfect!! Couldn’t have been better. Everything we needed was within a couple of blocks and the views from the terrace were extraordinary. Mia and Miho were incredibly thoughtful and efficient and they even allowed us to store our luggage until the late afternoon when it was time to catch our Uber to the airport. They gave us excellent advice regarding dining options, beaches, the Dubrovnik pass and some incredible lesser known sites as well as some history. Villa Regusa Vecchia was the perfect place to end our holiday. ❤️

Loved everything!

The property is steps from Ploce Gate, which means you are a few minutes walk from the Old Town, without having to navigate the steep steps Dubrovnik is famous for. Mia had our room ready even though we arrived at 10.30 a.m. and had maps and information for us. The room itself was large, with a coffee maker and sitting area. The common terrace just outside our room was lovely, with a view of the city walls and the sea. Would definitely stay here again!

Our hosts were incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment is just outside the historic old town walls, and although the balcony view wasn't quite as expected, it still offered a pleasant outlook. Their flexibility and assistance with last-minute itinerary changes were greatly appreciated. I would recommend this apartment, especially if you want to avoid all of the cobble stone stairs, and still feel like you are "in" old town!

The location is superb, a few minutes walk and you are in the Old Town. Local shops, bakery and restaurants all in walking distance. The roof terrace is a great place to sit and watch the world go by and has a sea view too. Hosts very helpful, nice to have the personal touch and being met to hand over the keys.

Nothing, it was one of the finest places you could want.

Spacious rooms, with a well stocked kitchen, a living room facing the city wall, a large bathroom and separate bedroom. The deck is spectacular, overlooking birch the wells of the city and the Adriatic Sea. In the center of restaurants and everything you want to see in Dubrovnik.

Upon driving into the city of Dubrovnik we were met by Mia & instructed where to park for luggage drop off - she very kindly assisted us to the Villa. Villa was roomy ‘ comfortable superb location near Ploce Gate old town & short stroll to Banje beach Villa was cleaned every second day fresh towels etc

I had some problems with hot water. We had the room with the private terrace. I think the pictures are quite misleading. While we did have a private terrace it was a kind of grubby place. The pictures on the website should be more clear. For the price I think they need to spruce up the place, the cushions on the outdoor furniture were ripped and clearly needed to be replaced.

the location is really fantastic nest to the Ploce gate. There are several good restaurants in the area including the fabulous focaccia sandwich shop next door. The room was comfortable and had excellent amenities. The shared terrace was very a wonderful place to sit. Overall this was a nice place to stay

We liked everything.

No breakfast included or available. The location is perfect for exploring Old Town and some excellent restaurants a few yards away. A small supermarket and bakery nearby with all the essentials to use your little kitchen. Transport from the airport was arranged by the owner and we were met at the property by Mijo, the owner who has been a lifesaver on our trip. Our luggage was delayed/ lost and Mijo has done all the calls and investigation to locate our suitcases. He delivered one to us at night when it arrived (2 days ago) and has arranged for the second to be delivered today to our hotel on Korcula Island. He and Mia have gone way beyond what travelers expect of innkeepers. We are so grateful. Dubrovnik is wonderful and we highly recommend staying here.
