Nice apartment, right next to the centre, clean, modern and confortable. We're cycling couple and we're in Poreč almost every month for a least 2-3 days. Now we don't even look for other apartments, because we've been in all interesting ones but we just keep returning here, because every time is amazing.

The shower needs repair and there needs to be instructions as to how to use the shower. The handle fell off several times.

This is a lovely property with a lot of amenities, such as scooter rental, hot tub and outside seating area.

Parking in the street you need to be early. There are no nice beaches that we found everything seems hotel owned and too much of a carnival was going on. The city center is overcrowded and the restaurants busy and overpriced.

We visited during a heat wave and the small aircon in the apartment could not manage the floor size.

Modern apartment, very clean and comfortable. Host very acomodating and allowed us to store luggage before book in time.

The villa is located in a very quiet district, where the noise of parties from the center does not reach. It is very neat and clean.

It was a last minute booking, host greeted us outside with a big smile on her face. She was very friendly and nice, enjoyed talking to her. Apartment was great, clean, modern, smelled good, had two showers, one of them was in a bedroom which was great. House was well kept, location was convenient, and we had a bottle of wine waiting for us in the room. There was a nice grill, outdoor seating area that we did not get to use, but it looked very nice and inviting.

the hot tub was dirty and smelled bad - it was unfortunate because we we’re really looking forward to using it!

The staff were lovely and they were really flexible about checkin and checkout! A great property and the free bike rental was a plus…

Everything was great!

The apartment was very modern and clean. It has a nice seating area and all the amenities we needed. There’s a lovely patio space where we sat, enjoyed a glass of wine and watched the sunset. We were only there for one night so we just walked to the beach and had dinner. There was a place to park off the street right in front of the house. Marija is a lovely host and made us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend Villa Stephany for your stay in Porec.

The apartment was clean and nice. It is located close to the city centre (about 15minut walk). Outside is a yard, which is great for a dog.

Lokacija je odlična, ulica je mirna i čista. Parking ispred vile. Jakuzi Terasa sa roštiljem odlična za druženje. Sve stvari u apartmanu su funkcionalne i kvalitetne, a enterijer ukusno dizajniran Domaćini su i više neko srdačni i uslužni.

It was so cold, the air conditioner has a heating program but it was not enough. We were cold all night.

Everything was excellent. Well equipped and clear apartment with balcony, pleasent rest area on ground floor with grill and amazing jacuzzi - available for us till late evening (even in November!). Very friendly and helpful owner; welcome and farewell gifts were super nice gesture we really appreciated (thank you @Marija! :)). Really recommended - we'd love to come back.

I booked this apartment for the Istria300 cycling marathon. It was very convenient, just what I needed. Next year, I will book it again. The bed was excellent, which is very important for sport-events so that one can rest.

We arrived very late, as much as 11.00 PM, but the hostess was still waiting. She is very attentive and polite. The property is brand new. Everything is there for a good rest: an outdoor mini jacuzzi, sun loungers, barbecue. The rooms have all the comforts for a family: kitchen, microwave and large balcony. Thanks for all

The kitchen tap needs fixing but that’s just an easy and quick fix which I’m sure the owners were not aware of.

Lovely hosts, they kindly gave us an upgrade because they were not very busy which we really appreciated. nice apartments with balconies and use of jacuzzi in the garden. free use of bike was greatly appreciated as well as free designated parking in front of the property.

Our apartment was in the basement and the room was a bit dark.

It was very comfy. The apartment was super clean, modern and well located. It’s 15 minutes walk from the city center and quite close to Zelena laguna which is a beautiful beach (approx. 10-15 minutes drive).
